The Kindest Community In Academia

I’m trying to build the kindest community in academia. The R3ciprocity Project is about putting mental health and kindness first. It’s not about being correct but about encouraging more people to love themselves and other people in academia.
It was created because I needed it, not because other people need it. It is my own journey through internalizing so much failure, and so much poor behavior, then I want to change how I feel about the research career.
