At best this is punching down and at worst it is straight out bullying people who have mental disabilities and / or autism.. Disgusting.. If anyone would like to see some real comedy then checkout Nannette. It won an Emmy for goodness sake! Nanette makes you think and feel and empathise.. It may well leave you angry or in tears.. I appreciate your opinion but what you saw in the video doesn't correlate with what I saw. The weatherman in the sketch was someone out of their depth and that is why it was humorous. There was nothing in the sketch to indicate that anyone was taking the piss out of someone with an intellectual disability.
For starters this has nothing to do with autism, so don't use it as an excuse to bully people. Also, the character was being daggy, again not autistic. The jokes eg the weather symbols are daggy, that is funny. I personally find the comedian you mentioned pretty funny, but couldn't get into that show you mentioned.

He improved over time and was much more knowledgable when he was the weatherman on Frontline!
