they're good defense for a reason. this game isn't strength based. i did that and i have a level 36 holly berry sitting in my cookies bc i took her off my team bc of another cookie making her my 6th most powerful cookie

if you're going to promote a cookie
dont just do the ones on your team
also do ones in one of those relationship thingys like the "best birthday gift ever" one
because those relationship thingys have milestones like "promote all cookies in relationship to 1 star" all the way up until 5 stars
and those milestones give you benefits
Funny thing is, playing gacha game for years enhanced my instincts when it comes to resources. As a new player, I did most of what's suggested in this video. The only exception is the mileage stones. I use mileage stones for valuable cookies, the flexible ones. Ones you can use both in PvE and PvP. I just got Parfait from mileage shop, now I am saving up for Licorice. Plus, in case I got the same cookie from gacha means star upgrade. And increasing a cookie's star wouldn't hurt noone. It would actually benefit you.

Plus, the cookies are so cute. So decorating my kingdom doesn't feel like a task to me. Hehe
1. Don't mindlessly upgrade buildings
2. Don't neglect your daily missions under kingdom pass tab
3. Don't neglect your cookie castle but don't sleep on it too long (Big milestones @ 6, 8, 9)
4. Don't splurge on gacha - spend accordingly and on specific banners depending on your team comp (Not applicable to whales)
5. Don't spend mileage points on anything but treasure tickets unless you are very close (1-3) stones away from promoting a vital cookie. (If you have no healer get parfait/herb first)

i have leveled up a lot of cookies and wasted level up material to get them up, only to get a good cookie soon afterward :') so yeah, def save your lvl up material
I agree with everything except with the saving up gems for summons part, like I’ve been playing this game for a year as an F2P, and I’ve gotten all of the cookies except for Dark Cocoa by spending all of my gems all the time on new featured cookies.
Yeah since I’ve recently landed every cookie I’ve decided to start using some gems on the special decorations
saving up gems is needed since the game powercreep very crazy
The mistake I always do Is spending diamonds on gachas hoping I would get a epic. But today I got insane luck! I was doing gachas cause I had 1,336 diamonds. My diamonds were almost out and on a gacha. I saw the line "ya think ya can handle the spice?! " And got mala sauce! I was so happy cause she was one of my favourite cookies!

mala sauce is one of my faves too! She's real great if there's an enemy that knocks people out from the back, I usually use the main character cookie( I forgot his name) to knock the enemies and put them on a line and use her power
I recommend doing 10 pulls instead of 1 pull. You have more chances of getting better cookies in a 10 pull than a 1

My arena battles are always crazy higher then me, is there something I can do to change that?My teams 97,680 but my opponents are usually 150k-300k. I usually get to battle once every other refresh
That was pretty normal for me tbh. I just took the ones I could get and kept checking revenge battles cuz sometimes people have really low defense teams. With time as I got stronger i was able to battle teams more often so I think it’s just a matter of time
thats because of the new arena season and many higher team points don t do much battles
My number one mistake so far seems to be "didn't pull Sea Fairy" xD
A couple friends have her and perform so much better than I can despite being like 40k points lower in power.
I really hope they fix the upgraded buildings, because it's so frustrating to have to have all my trains held up because I don't have the things for pomegranate jam or something. :[
I've only done the 4th and 5th because
1: I have no concept of saving crystals
2: I've been using my mileage points on cookies to collect all cookies
I want to summon for treasures really but my luck is sooooooo terrible that I just need to summon constantly, like I'm in dire need of an epic tank. It's getting frustrating not getting a single epic after 60 summons

pretty good i'd recommend to replace chili pepper with a different cookie (maybe magic or defense) since black raisin & chili pepper are very similar ambush (but black raisin is much better). also i'd get rid of parfait since cotton is already a support
My biggest misteak: wasting my diamnds to hurry buildings, like, it's not that hard to go do something else while you wait
Edit: I post this comment and than proceed to waste all my diamonds bcz I'm addicted to the game and couldn't do anything bcz all my sugar gnomes were busy ;-;
I feel you too, bro. Sometimes you get that feeling you want it to finish fast so that you can build/upgrade another building.

I am ashamed of not leveling up my cookie castle. Im on cookie castle level 5 and im level 36. Dont worry I am trying to level up my castle now.
I’ve played for a month or two and I have been able to get a lot of epics. I can’t seem to get things to level up my cookies tho, I ran out.
Upgrade and get cookie houses, they will give you the leveling thingys
Another tip you might already know is to grind in tower of sweet chaos you haven't clear yet. The levels you haven't clear yet has a first win that gives much stat jellies.
okay but you’re a genius with not using your arena pieces at the beginning. if every new player saved them when it was easy to tier up, they can set their defense to one cookie later in the game when its harder to find battles against lower power and farm revenge battles. this gives you more diamonds in the outrun, its crazy how much you get in the higher tiers.

@@had-sd4hs when you set your defense cookies for arena to only 1 cookie, it puts you the list for lower levels. when you do this you can farm revenge battles because most of them that fought you will have lower power than you. when you first start playing its easier to tier up in arena because it matches you with lower level cookies. if you save your arena passes for when its harder to tier up, you can farm revenge battles.
A mistake I made was leveling all my cookies when I started, so all of them are above level 30 .-.

Yoo. I bought a healer in the mileage shop like u said after that I gacha once and got the same cookie, this is probably the worst decision I have ever made

I did a big mistake when I tried for the first time playing the super mayhem, I spent ALL of my jelly beans on upgrading cookies for the super mayhem and I ENDED UP LOSING, now it’s EXTREMELY hard to find enough jelly beans to upgrade my cookies, and I’ve reached to a point where in story mode, none of my cookies were able to beat the levels, and when I find cookies that I think are better from my current cookies and wanna replace them, I have no jelly beans to upgrade the new cookie so I’m forced to keep playing with my current cookies. And this is why I quit cookie run kingdom
Finding jelly beans maybe is hard for me bc I don’t upgrade my castle often so idk
u mean star jellies? if you do then yeah, they're quite tough to get. something that helped me get more was playing through events and unlocking and reclaiming the soda islands, tosc (tower of sweet chaos) is also an option but after tray 50-60 it gets super hard so take from that what you will

My most powerful / upgraded cookies are : pumpkin pie cookie, cotton cookie, moon rabbit cookie, twizzly gummy cookie, rye cookie, princess cookie
The one I used and upgraded for super mayhem other than my most powerful are : cherry bomb cookie, herb cookie, custard cookie the third , knight cookie, pastry cookie, cocoa cookie, Madeline cookie, chili pepper cookie, devil cookie
@@AyasDoll okay, most of the powerful cookie you named are really good! i'm just gonna tell you that mayhem isn't really super important to progress in the game. instead, for arena: use moon rabbit, pumpkin pie, cotton, twizzly, and the last one is up to you (i recommend herb though)
for world exploration, it depends on the stage you're on. if you're in story 9, cherry is a really good cookie, her stuns are good for a rare. if you're in a lower world, stick with the same team u used for arena, and if it's a boss fight, maybe switch out one of the cookies for rye.

I usually use all of the cookies you mentioned for arena lol for the last cookie I use rye cookie for arena.
Now I am at story 9 for world exploration, all of my strongest cookies are at level 45 or 44, but the super mayhem challenge, any cookies other than my strongest are at level 30, so I’m not sure if cherry bomb cookie would survive

You don't have time to spend the arena tickets while I don't have the power to beat the opponent in the arena/mayhem.
But sir I had to use my mileage to max out Milk Cookie, he's my baby boy. I need to surrender all my mortal possessions to him

I think you can also use the mileage point to get some of those cookie that's meta. Like for example u havent get any licorice like ur super unlucky with the gacha i think u can use the mileage to build ur team as like because ur unlucky but aside from that i think u better keep it for treasure like kody said

Same.I’m trying to get all cookies,max level and promote them,and have good toppings on them (excluding cookies that I literally can’t like promoting sonic or tails cookie because there’s no way to get sonic or tails cookie soulstones)
same, i’m only 4 cookies away which is sea fairy, pure vanilla, cream puff and sadly mala sauce
I use milage points buy buy cookies i dont have and need, like i got strawbery crepe and vampire because i needed them.
I’m going to share my method on how I expanded my kingdom so anyone is free to point out any mistakes I made. What I first focus on is expanding my kingdom. Whatever Aurora pieces I have I use on expansion first since I will need space for new buildings anyway.
Then once I can’t expand anymore until I level up my castle which I save for last, I level up any buildings I have. I start with the cookie houses first. Then whatever landmarks I have (don’t have much) I level up next. I try to save some materials for the train so this takes longer. Then I start leveling up production buildings and adding new buildings afterwards.
Once there’s nothing else I can do I start to level up my castle (I don’t do this right away, I make sure I have lots of coins left over so when I do level it up I still have a decent amount)
This was what I did when I first started playing this game from the beginning. Now I have to focus on the Gnome Laboratory and other new stuff. So I thought I focus on ranking up skills and production time while expanding since I don’t need Aurora pieces yet. Right now im expanding a lot since I did make the mistake of rushing leveling up my castle forgetting my previous method. I do use the tree of wishes which I have tried to avoid but since it is a requirement for events and the kingdom pass, I just focus on reaching 10-15 wishes until it resets again. Sometimes 20 if I need to make more wishes and I’m pressing for time.
Sorry this is long. Please feel free to share whatever tips I can use to fix my mistake. I didn’t spend money on packages or anything but I did on the kingdom pass in the beginning. Most of what I got was from grinding.
Generally speaking, wouldn't saving energy to farm dark mode with 30%off energy days give you MORE energy than it would for you to do maybe 4 levels a day? Not to mention easier time commitment? If you save up to like, 2000 and spend all of it for example, you could generate 1/3rd of that from the energy you save. depending on how much you save up, that's a lot better than just spending the 60-90 energy most people have every day. And you wouldn't need to commit nearly as much time to it.
the stamina energy things dont need to be spent daily, i have 300+ atm because i just don’t want to do the story mode
Honestly got into the game last week and I have able to get well over 3000 crystals each day for gacha and for expanding production. Got any advice for toppings? I should just give the healer defense and hp toppings, right?
You should give healers attack and amplify buff. (or cooldown if its long) the amount they heal is their attack and amplify buff increases the healing from ability only.

my best dps cookie was blackberry... yeah not the best dps because the game never gave be sorbet, black resin, espresso (until later with monthly), or latte. I rolled 80 times and got 1 epic.

the mileage points one actually helped, i saved up like 2000 to just buy any cookie that was possible and was going to wait till i knew which one would be the best to buy but now i realize treasure tickets will be a lot better to get

Pumpkin Pie is overpowered so definitely keep her on your team
Replace frost queen or parfait to pumpkin pie (dont remove cotton since shes good at overall healing)

6 mistake: some people playing arena are some times playing the hard level people above our or under our level making us lose

In this game there are the same tryhards that are 36 starring the Spiral abyss in Genshin . You cannot prove me wrong
The only ones I am somewhat guilty of is upgrading the building too fast althought I think I'm ok? I am getting requirement for that tier 4 jam from the tree of wishes but that is cos I'm upgrading one of the jam building atm.
Also while I did used the milage shop for the badge but I did recently used the milage to get Parfeit cookie! I mean we did get 1000 milage compensation and I was desperate for a better healer than Pomagrante. Overall it was well spend as Parfeit is better than Pomagrante!

Ok, so I on number 5 the milage shop I use my points to get my favorite cookies like, Lilac, Pastry, and others as well. I feel like it's a rookie mistake is it?
my team is only at about 31,500 power average 🥶 considering I only started playing a month ago and have school for most of the day, it's not terrible. I have chili pepper in front, which isn't the best idea defensively but she's my strongest cookie, I have blackberry and wizard cookie in the middle, and custard/herb and cherry bomb cookie in the back. I like herb cookie cause he heals everyone, but Custard cookie III is my pride and joy so I like to switch them.
Finally someone else who runs blackberry. Their pretty good, the best rare in my opinion
@@Hug_Wump Yeah! I know! Lilac cookie is too slow at times and Blackberry basically is built in defense who deals a lot of damage! I am so glad I got her, cause my current team would definitely struggle. I would actually remove wizard cookie from that line up cause his magic circle is barely helpful i find

This is so helpful! I always used to severely spend my recourses on upgrading buildings before actually need the item I'm upgrading for. But now i only upgrade for a item when I need it!
Also a mistake people should prevent is using their favourite cookies in a team when those cookies don't give your team more power. For example if I just LOVEDD Herb cookie but if I also had a cookie which was better at healing like Pure Vanilla cookie and I was going out to fight. It would be not too much of a good decision to use herb cookie as a healer instead of Pure Vanilla cookie because Pure Vanilla cookie probs has more power. And the more further you get in the story the more powerful your enemies are. And if my enemy has 100,000 power and by using herb cookie my team's power is way lower than that it's kind of obvious who will win
I am way too attached to Lilac to switch him out, I quite literally do a lot and have him past over 150k damage and I still invest in him so much.
Me, who would rather lose way too much until I had to accept Candy Diver Cookie was not as strong as my other support cookies, like Cotton Cookie for example :c

cotton cookie (all swift chocolate for sheep spam)
herb cookie/parfait cookie/butters (swift chocolate for all since heal)

when it comes to being asked for those high tier craftables that take a lot of time to make at the Tree of Wishes, I typically just hit refresh. I need those items for the jelly train more than I need them for the tree.
the only time I make an exception is if it's a golden wish and thus grants me double the usual reward.
