Materials:
- Felt
- Pre-set rhinestones
- E6000 Glue
- Small Sharp Scissors
- Earring backs
Instructions:
- Figure out your design.
- Apply crystals + glue to felt in desired pattern.
- Allow to dry.
- Cut out your design using scissors.
- Flip over, and apply earring backings.
