Wow, Chuck!! Your interviews have been so interesting! Its refreshing for you to dive into these topics. I was told years ago the first item listed on the labelwas what was mostly in it. My daughter just planted a big garden and we have so many vegetables planted. Also Farmers Market is the best place to get fresh fruit and vegetables grown by local farmers. Thank you Debbie! Yes I agree, I would like to start a greenhouse / garden at my next home and grow my own fruits/veggies. Also, I want to have chickens so I can get farm fresh eggs. Not sure I can have all the meat fresh, but maybe I can get some from a local farm. I am trying to reduce/avoid as many pre-packaged foods as possible right now. It’s a fascinating topic, I have a couple more food people coming on later… I’ll continue to look into that topic but I also really want to get into psychology more as well. I appreciate your support! 🙏
