Don fool your selft, for Brazil to reach that level isn´t because of "minimum financial incentive" in gymnastic, there is alot incentive in the this sport, you dont compete with US in that level without hard work and incentive, this means that if you give young black girls the same chance they will bring the same amount of medal the white brazilian sailers have been doing for brazilian Olimpics.

Andrade is better, she's supportive of others not putting them down. And landing her properly. Bills may chose harder routines but you still need to land and finish in order to earn those points, I'd you can't complete if shouldn't count. Rebeca is exceptional inside and out.

Simone is goat!! Her height is of an advantage to her flips. The shorter a gymnast is the more the flips. The taller the gymnast the lesser the flips. Looks good on shorter gymnasts actually 🤭
She can do flips that no other gymnasts can do. Even the ones her height can’t do them. You heard in the beginning of the video that she landed a vault that no other woman had even landed before. There are other women in gymnastics that are her height that can’t do the flips she can do. That’s why she wins even when she doesn’t exactly stick her dismounts and landings because her degree of difficulty is way above anyone else’s, even the ones who are just as short as she is.

You’re correct in that they were not identical. The deductions totalled the same but were different. Can I tell you what those deductions were? Nope, but those vaults were differently executed :)

Even Simone knows this and has admitted to it stressing her out a bit. Additionally, Jade’s vault score for the bronze medal was further behind Rebeca’s score than Rebeca’s score was behind Simone’s. The same happened with the all-around: Suni’s score was further behind Rebeca’s than Rebeca’s was Simone’s. Behind Suni, it all came down to tenths of points. Simone genuinely isn’t too far ahead of Rebeca now, because she’s stepped up her game and pushed herself.
