I think you will be fine with it , I bought my reverse pochette Métis in 2019 after having issues with my first monogram model back in 2016-2017 , I use mine a lot and so far no glazing issues , I decided to go for the reverse model the second time just because I love that it had the black treated leather as opposed to the vachetta , I love honey patina , just didn’t want another bag to treat or clean over time ! Love Apple guard , I actually spray my lighter canvas bags with it directly on the canvas and I have never gotten color transfer as of yet girl ! Another trick for you to try out if you have reverse mono canvas or Damier ebene canvas ! Enjoy that bag , I still get so many compliments on my pochette Métis when I carry it !
I sold my preloved pm and bought it on the same year in lv boutique. Most practical bag. It looks most beautiful styled with fall and winter outfit.

They are easy to put on. I might make a video on it. I have had one on for 6 months and it’s still fine.
