I keep reading comments like THEY COPY THIS THEY COPY THAT.... My question would be ... How does any of that affect you as a gamer when u are getting best parts of Battlefield and COD
You don't understand humans. We generally like new experiences, it activates more neurons in our brains. It's why a lot of people like generating AI music but no one really enjoys listening to it, it reminds us of stuff we've already heard. Same reason why movie studios don't slightly change The Godfather and release it to massive acclaim every year, we've been there plenty, its old news. The same applies to video games, if we're spending our time or money on something, we want to have a new experience. We don't want to be constantly reminded of a game we liked 10 years ago. Like look at the first map in this video, its incredibly obvious the devs were looking at Operation Firestorm when designing the map assets. I don't want to play a game that even has the same map design as something I put 1000 hours into. I can guarantee that the next Battlefield game, regardless of its reception, will try more new things than this game. Because the developers at DICE weren't tasked by their boss with copying another game, they were tasked with making something new. If this game cost 70 dollars, it would be reviewed terribly, it only gets a pass for being free.
@@middaymeds the need for you to write an entire essay just to tell in the end that DICE will bring better innovation, something that didn't happen since Battlefield 1 only shows how much you believe in DICE It is not just the feeling of getting something new because I don't believe there is a battlefield-like game in existence where they allow you to use gunsmith like COD or vice versa In the end Delta force is its own thing ...
