How to Show Hidden Files in Mac OS X in the Finder for newer OS versions, High Sierra to Big Sur

Mac OSX Hides many files and folders from view that are important o run the system. If you need access to these files and folders, this video will show you how to see those hidden items.
In the versions of Mac OS X newer than Sierra, it is quite simple. Use the command in this video to view all these hidden items. Please take care when accessnig these files and folders if you delete or alter important items, you could seriously damage Mac OS X
