one of the issues younger generation facing is not knowing how to nurture friendships, mentorship , and networking. age gap is nonsense. successful people know a lot of people and reach out for help/guidance. not everyone you know or meet has to be best friend. understand everyone has limitations and keep your expectations align with their limitations. help others, but with in your means, and don’t expect anything in return. you have to get past through so many people before you meet and develop that one deeper friendship. stay in touch with acquaintances , follow up with them every now and then.
