Scaramouche is such a relatable character... being abandoned again and again, and when you finally develop a hatred towards everything, people blame it on you. Maybe I'll get a redemption, like him. Or maybe the scars from the wounds society has inflicted on me with stain my skin forever.

I named my wanderer Kazushi. Initially, it was because I was too lazy to think of anything deep and meaningful so i just looked at his old name "Kunikuzushi", i took the Kuzushi part, but i was aware that Kuzu means trash in japanese so I changed the first "u" into "a", making it "Kazushi". Then i searched into google and it was, in fact, a real name in Japan and some wrestler actually was named Kazushi (i didn't expect that). His name was spelled "和志" in kanji, where i think 和 means harmony and 志 means resolve. So... i think i unintentionally named him something meaningful? Resolve to harmony, or something like that.
Kazushi is a bit hard to pronounce with ease but i'm still proud to have came up with a name by myself:)
Edit: idk why i suddenly wrote all that but i guess it's because this is a wonderful playlist and it got me a bit emotional remembering my boy's tragic past:')

Personally i don't believe wanderer/scara is evilbut misguided and his pain misplaced causing him to hurt others when all he ever wanted is love, to be wanted and not used as some tool.
I named my wanderer Kuniyuki which means happiness and good fortune i truly believe he's soft and kind but his pain and suffering gave him rough edges and with it.. a sharp tongue
oddly enough, these characters in a video game reflect what I consider a real-world problem, well said.

I remember the last scara playlist I listened to, before we got all of his backstory. All of the songs were badass and villainy, same for the voice lines. It's so cool to see how different it is now that we got more of his backstory and character development.

His character is so deep and complicated like he is longing for love and a place to call home … he became evil because life was from the beginning with him . Constantly leaving him alone and making his heart experience all kinds of sorrows : abandoned, betrayal, pain … so in the end those emotions consumed him and made him lost his heart even though it was still deep in his chest between his flesh and bones , it was now unable to beat for someone else . Being the villain so he can protect himself from his own emotions… the cap in his chest was big and to fill it up he wanted power … he found fatui and dottore and even though the procedures he went in was too cruel he didn’t care because he couldn’t feel anything, in fact he didn’t feel alive at all … and it goes all the way till he gets a new heart and a new self by the anemo vision .. to accepting himself after finding out about his past again .
Truly his story is magnificent and his character one of the best written ones on genshin … no one saw it coming when he first appeared in the game
This playlist is like when you don't hate your depression anymore and made peace with it!

Wanderer went trough so much just to finally get his now current identity and self purpose. I really think he is the one with the most traumatic backstory in Genshin Impact.
It's funny how the playlists about Scaramouche sounded cool and badass until you learned more of his backstory and that wall you built crumbled down instantly. I know he's a fictional character,but holy hell,he went trough hell and back,he suffered so much,i'm surprised he didn't go insane or commit 'seld-erosion'

I feel him and im sad that he had to go through all of that, tho i have personally not gone through all he has, both he and my main oc are similar, as they both suffer from truama inflicted by a parent of theirs. I forever love him and i will never hate him even if he killed someone i loved i would still be mad at him but he didn't know any better and was only reacting inthe way he was familiar with. I forever love you Wanderer. You'll always be Scaramouche to me and never an evil being to me
