There’s something so inexplicably sad about Furina and Focalors story that just makes me feel all sorts of things. Just imagining a mere human girl having to act as a god for over five hundred years, and on the other side of a coin, a just-given god who knows that the only way for her to save everyone is to die. both of them are so selfless and it hurts
this playlist prompted me to think back over that everything that happened in the fontaine archon quest, and made me realize how powerful furina's acting really was as a terrified human in the face of divine prophecy she could never hope to hold back. she was so strong for those five hundred years. truly a will worthy of being an archon, even if she never was one

The fact that Furina literally lost all her memories from when she was an oceanid, when she was an archon, (when her and Focalors were still one entity) is so sad to me- she truly is an archon, from all that she lost, and all that she endured, I'd say she deserved to rule Fontaine, archon or not. Ofcourse, the people did not deserve her rule. She was kind, caring, and selfless. I truly adore her. I aspire to be as amazing as she is... :3

Giving chills, the way you added those voicelines. It's chilling. We can feel the evolution of furina's loneliness and despair and you nailed that. I suddenly realise, we never really knew the individual whose name is Focalor was. Before she was chosen as or accepted the position of Hydro Archon, who is she, how was her life? Seems like she had an innocent life, was a human, then decided to plan her grand yet invisible ending route towards the death of a god. So many questions, so many sighs. The thing that broke me in this story is when all was revealed I realised that Furina’s passion, and tears, during the court scene was likely because she thought she failed, that she had just doomed all of Fontaine by failing to refute our accusations. She thought she just killed everyone.
Fontaine overall has been my favourite and most exciting region I have experienced. A lot of the vibes it has fulfills the things I’m passionate about. This playlist is giving 70-90s French play and I’m here for it! Describes furina’s life very well too

my god, at the beginning when they showed us the Fontaine characters. I thought Furina was a snob and a bratty girl. but once i knew her story and finished the archon quests, she grew on me, now i have her maxed and i main her, i love her so much, theres none that will outdo her character.

I do not know much on music so I dont have the right words for it, but for example at 12:06, when the music was sped up, you added the voicelines of the public, nitpicking and watching furina's every move/ all their requests for her as the archon- and then the calm of the song when shes alone, and the voiceline of her inner thoughts- Absolutely breath taking. I've been listening to all these playlists and trying to equate them to any animation, art or other fanwork for this Archon Quest I've seen. Nothing lives up to it. I cannot find a match. The songs are being weaved into the bits of dialogue, enhancing it, forcing one to look back on what *really* happened, the *pain* and *suffering* Furina lived through these past 500 years. The hopelessness, the loneliness... We are put into her role. The music is her thoughts, her feelings, the despair growing and accumulating over time. It begins with powerful and majestic songs, her initial determination, yet by the end we find ourselves lost and at our limit. She tried so hard to keep the facade up, yet unbeknownst to her, in the final trial she was fully convinced to have failed. And as she sat there, weeping on her seat, she couldn't have known she had succeeded by the time the sentence had been given out. Furina is one of the most tragic characters in all of Genshin Impact.

Giving chills, the way you added those voicelines. It's chilling. We can feel the evolution of furina's loneliness and despair and you nailed that. You even managed to make the music entertaining even tho I usually wouldn't like this kind of music at all. You made a 30 minute playlist never boring and never bad.
If I had to complain about one thing though, I wished at the end we got the voiceline "People of fontaine your sins are forgiven".

The thing that broke me in this story is when all was revealed I realised that Furina’s passion, and tears, during the court scene was likely because she thought she failed, that she had just doomed all of Fontaine by failing to refute our accusations. She thought she just killed everyone.

theres something so unique about your playlists winter arghhh- the timing with the speed and energy of the songs with the voicelines that are similar in that- vibe?? I do not know much on music so I dont have the right words for it, but for example at 12:06, when the music was sped up, you added the voicelines of the public, nitpicking and watching furina's every move/ all their requests for her as the archon- and then the calm of the song when shes alone, and the voiceline of her inner thoughts- Absolutely breath taking.
Its perfect, the way it represents her life as she acts, under pressure, fast paced, difficult and drowning in the little voices of the people she needs to fool and convince, and then the contrast when shes alone, tired and exhausted ARGHHH

I've been listening to all these playlists and trying to equate them to any animation, art or other fanwork for this Archon Quest I've seen. Nothing lives up to it. I cannot find a match.
The songs are being weaved into the bits of dialogue, enhancing it, forcing one to look back on what *really* happened, the *pain* and *suffering* Furina lived through these past 500 years. The hopelessness, the loneliness...
We are put into her role. The music is her thoughts, her feelings, the despair growing and accumulating over time. It begins with powerful and majestic songs, her initial determination, yet by the end we find ourselves lost and at our limit. She tried so hard to keep the facade up, yet unbeknownst to her, in the final trial she was fully convinced to have failed. And as she sat there, weeping on her seat, she couldn't have known she had succeeded by the time the sentence had been given out.
Furina is one of the most tragic characters in all of Genshin Impact.
