MGK0802 I agree he’s potential is getting wasted in a team that has no chance to compete in F1 and I fear if George doesn’t get a place in another team “soon”, future newcomers will take better seats while he’s stuck in Williams Racing.
Yep, it's just a shame that untalented drivers (cough, cough, Stroll) that just happen to have more money/better connections block drivers with more potential from ever having a chance of being successful

I would very much like for him to bring the team up again, Williams deserve a good driver that can stick around for a while like Massa and Bottas.

Drivers didn't like it because any comments they made or actions in the briefing would be taken out of context or mocked. Look at the comments of those videos to see what they are talking about
@@TheTornado1999 Yes, but the drivers still didn't really seem to be hesitant to open up on things despite the presence of the cameras especially Massa in the COTA briefing and Hamilton in the Mexico equivalent as if the briefings weren't even being filmed.
So, NOBODY calls them racing point yet! This is great.

@@eduardogil2781 firstly, Lando's results have been better than Sainz' this year. Secondly, they are all rookies and most of their teammates have years of experience in these cars.

Man I love Albon’s attitude and he seems like a legit person cause put it in mind he was starting that race from the pit lane and he had a horrible weekend so far, and look at him right before the race how happy and positive he is😃

All the greats, like alonso, hamilton, senna and schumacher had the ability to drive the shit out of any car in any setup. to OUTPERFORM the car. we will see during this season if thats the case with George too...

@@turnip5465 i wouldnt say so. lewis faced off with fernando and beat him. they were and still are a close matchup. 2 greats. schumacher was always treated as first driver as alonso. thats not the case of lewis. both lewis and schumi were awesome in the rain. this is why i rank lewis so highly. he has all the attributes and strengths of both schumi and alonso. and he has beaten his teammates fair and square.

Looking back over his young career you can tell there's definitely something special about George. I hope he gets chance to fulfill his potential, but this season driving a bad car will give him the best possible experience and build character.

Respect to everyone keeping their heads up. Anyone who has had peformance based job know it can get hard and morale can get really low among employees but it seems they are working to get better everyday and thats all you can do sometimes

How it must suck for the teams to literally get forced letting camera teams in. Some looks from the engineers were priceless.

Two years ago nobody was filming inside an engineers meeting or conference, that stuff is new.
How much they are paid depends largely on how the championship performs in terms of audience so they better suck it up if they want people to still watch in 10 years.
It's funny how they have such a big operation to just make it inside the 107% rule. #MakeWilliamsGreatAgain

Great video. I nice insight. George seems quite pro-very switched on. Can’t help but notice Williams all seems pretty chilled out given the difficulties they have. Nothing wrong with a happy friendly atmosphere but I’d expect to see things a bit more formal.
