      Thanks for ur great video 🎉
      a really tough experience at your company. I know assist hr practitioners and my manager. As hr admin. To summarize:
      - my HR Practitioner role was discontinued, but you were promoted to Senior HR Practitioner without requesting it. Since company had retrenchments
      - was put on a 6-month trial without a salary increase, despite taking on triple the workload.
      - After 6 months, I was demoted to HR Administrator with a 60% salary cut due to perceived poor performance.
      -
      - You're still expected to handle a 70% heavy workload, similar to previous HR Practitioner role.
      - felt bullying and rude from boss
      - I applied for other jobs within the company, but haven't been successful.
      Remember, I deserve to work in a healthy and supportive workplace hence I'm thinking of quitting.
