The autopsy initially had his cause of death listed as inconclusive, but the updated autopsy (along with other doctors looking over the results) concluded that he died as a direct result of a cardiac event due to an enlarged heart. I'm not implying that you are full of shit, but look at the facts before making an opinion.

After I stood there my arms couldn't stop shaking from the 8 Hour arm workout the day before + the feeder workouts I did before the DMV. Before I knew it I Went into full cardiac arrest and as the ambulance showed up I remember asking the paramedic this is a heart attack RIGHT BABE? She nodded so I knew this was the end.
