The autopsy initially had his cause of death listed as inconclusive, but the updated autopsy (along with other doctors looking over the results) concluded that he died as a direct result of a cardiac event due to an enlarged heart. I'm not implying that you are full of shit, but look at the facts before making an opinion.

She stared puzzled and gave me my test. Told myself I have to FUCKING PASS SO WHATEVER IT TAKES!! Ran to the car and snorted 4 lines of 51-50 mixed with FULL AS FUCK! I knew this had to be the best FUCKING SCENARIO if I was gonna pass this permit test. After I stood there my arms couldn't stop shaking from the 8 Hour arm workout the day before + the feeder workouts I did before the DMV. Before I knew it I Went into full cardiac arrest and as the ambulance showed up I remember asking the paramedic this is a heart attack RIGHT BABE? She nodded so I knew this was the end. Believe it or not they released me that afternoon and I went back to the DMV to finish the test and failed that shit. STILL DRIVING THOUGH!! WHATEVER IT TAKESSS

We lost a valuable asset to the fitness industry for sure! I met Rich at the BodyPower expo in 2014 and I'll never forget when I told him that "I watch he's videos everyday" and he replied " that's awsome maaaan" he's the realist person not only in on the fitness scene but life in general. We lost a valuable asset to the fitness industry for sure! I met Rich at the BodyPower expo in 2014 and I'll never forget when I told him that "I watch he's videos everyday" and he replied " that's awsome maaaan" he's the realist person not only in on the fitness scene but life in general. I would bet my bottom dollar that if he was still with us today he's podcast would be insanely successful. R.I.P big guy we miss you.
