I put £25.00 + in counted copper and silver coins into a machine at a local Tesco; It failed to register more than half of the silver. It paid out only £13.69 less the commission; net £12.00 +. Complaining to Tesco was useless, they refused to accept any liability. Contacting Coinstar direct is a joke! My advice: bag your money and take it to a bank! Don't deal with these machines. The charge is too high and the likelyhood is you will be shortchanged
0:25 the student said that he thinks the coins are worthless but I would direct his attention to the numbers on the coins, they read 1p & 2p THAT is there worth so hardly WORTH LESS.
