How to Air Fry a Fish Fillet in the Air Fryer Oven ~ Easy Cooking

- In this easy cooking video, I air fry a frozen tilapia fillet in my Comfee Air Fryer Toaster Oven. I seasoned the fish fillet with Kinder's Taco Blend Seasoning and then cooked it on the Air Fry setting at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes. Then I made a fish sandwich with white bread, Litehouse thousand island dressing and lemon juice.

I like the idea of cooking from frozen. I bought a couple of cast iron fajitas trays with a removable handle from Sam’s a few years ago that would be perfect for fish!

I won't watch this one because I know where Tilapia is raised. It's in sewage and the fish thrive on it and that's why they taste like dirt!
Personally I don't care for Talapia, or any other freshwater Fish, but I reckon Saltwater Fish Filets would work the same? Anyways, good post though Jim
