  • Hi lovelies 😍 Here is a routine you can use daily to help soften tension lines in the forehead abd boost your wellbeing at tue same time. Once you know how, this routine only needs to take you 3-4 mins.

    Could youvdo like your routine where its no hands , to strengthen mouth area and neck maybe you can just do throughout the day , in case you dont get time at night xx
