Loved this workout do Danielle Collins workouts but its harder as videos are for certain areas so not all in one video.I also think i felt more cause you did more reps, can u do more like this advanced workouts 😊

mmmmm that felt really nice- refreshing and relaxing. I really like the eye blinking one. It seemed to lighten lymphatic heaviness in my upper eyelid. I've never been able to dissolve that heavy sensation with fingertip massage. Thank you for leading the way to a fresh face and light eyes! ;)
Hi, this is surprisingly more challenging than a core workout, lmao. I can barely move my upper cheeks, I don't think i can smile with that. Am I missing something here? Thank you!
Hi, it may just be that your muscles are not used to isolating in this way. Everyone I have worked with, who has struggled with this pose, have found they can do it after practice. It is just about getting to know your muscles and training them to move in this new way. Keep trying xx
Hi, are you talking about a particular pose in this video? Face Yoga is wonderful for our skin and helping us to age well. Wrinkles are a normal and expected part of ageing but can be made unnecessarily worse by poor posture, weakening muscles, malnourished skin, etc. Face Yoga teaches correct posture, it helps us to improve and maintain muscle strength and it boosts circulation to the skin. The stretches in face yoga are stretching the muscles that the skin is attached to, which releases tightness and tension so really helpful in improving and avoiding unnecessary lines. I hope this helps.
Hi Mariam. Yes that is normal. As is the case often with our body, we tend to have an imbalance of strength and flexibility between the left and right side. Keep practicing regularly and work at your level, listening to you body and face mindfully.
The lips being pursed on the cheek lifter did you roll your lips right in cause I tried to just roll them in a bit but felt like I was doing it wrongxx
Hi, this is quite a tricky pose to perfect straight away, but with time and practice it will start to feel more natural. As long as you feel it in the cheeks it is ok if your lips roll over your teeth more than mine. Hope this helps ❤️
Hi, I’m not sure what you mean by cat eye but if you have a look I do have a video dedicated to the eye area, especially helpful when you are feeling tired.
I absolutely love this workout, best one I've tried. I found it very helpful to massage the collar bones in a gentle downward stroke, opening the lymph nodes there. 🩷
