Recently finished a trip from Chennai to Bangalore in my 160 4v. The handle wobbling issue is visible in my bike too. I tried to lower the front tire pressure from 25 psi to 22 psi, the wobbling issue was somewhat solved. Then after finishing the trip checked the cone settings and wheel bearings which were absolutely fine. Wheel balancing and the steering adjust were also fine, the only thing remaining is to re-cycle the fork oil.
it can also happen if coneset it tighetened too much. Dont know whats wrong in his case but we will see in next video

Even I faced this. But after changing my magneto coil(alternator which charges battery )and also engine oil(motul10w50) heating issue is gone. No engine heat issue now in my bs6 apache rtr 1604v 2020 edition

Brother just bought same bike, really experiencing problem regarding tyre guard front and rear as it is throwing water a lot to front of part till radiator and back toh pucho mat....what can we do any good extension?
Good morning, waise honestly itna issue mujhe toh nahi aaya but yes while riding bike in rain, engine cowl k yahan aur generally at both the tyres , mud gets collected but thats normal. If you experiencing major issues, you can get it fixed by installing extra length flaps but honestly i wont recommend it, 1-2 mahine ki baat hai fir baarish khatam hi hai 👍

Brother I also own tvs apache rtr 160 4v black colour since April 2021. Sometimes I feels that it's rear tyre is wobbling. So I fear a bit during cornering. I want to know is it normal with this bike or am I the only person facing this problem. This wobbling is not frequent. 2 out of 10 times may be.

first of all the best Mhatre for your trip in advance, if you have proof for double dose of vacine, get all the documents ready, in aarogya setu app and physical copy as well.
For now no need of rtpcr report, still when you leave, just check state guidelines one wek before in case maharastra govt made any changes or so.

Let it run for some days bro. Give it some time. For sure you will get good mileage in future. But maintenace is the key

If you are looking for 150 cc naked segment bike, then go for apache 160 4v. In comparison with fzs V3, you will get better power, performance and durability. Yes theoretically fz have little edge over comfort but in real life uses, you will not find much different.

My bike is making rattling sounds post 4k rpm when it is at normal operating temperature. Doesn't make sound when engine is cold.
Went 3 times to TVS svc but they are unable to solve the issue. Can you suggest any solution ? My is new btw 800 km completed, 1st service done at 600 kms
you might be using the wrong word. rattling is usually used when related to body. but since you mentioned it comes at normal operating temperature it should be related to engine. describe the sound more and what else do you feel? bike starts feeling rough or something else?
@@tejaspadhye Not much change in the feeling of bike. But the sound can be clearly heard when engine revving down from around 7k to 4k rpm. I know that rattling sound comes from body parts but this sound feels exactly like that, that's why i used the word rattling.

@@tejaspadhye Today i also noticed that bike is super smooth even at high rpms for sometime but when the sound starts coming after heating, bike feels very rough even at rpms as low as 4k.
