Z2900: Pros: 2 feet shorter, bigger bathroom, entry closet
Cons: Bathroom sink and plumbing in a slide out = potentially more problems, no washer/dryer hookup.
I’m one of those agonizing but leaning towards 3100
If you haven't done so yet, I highly recommend coming in to see them in person!

Excellent review/comparison! Hoping for a hybrid floor plan in the future as I'm 2.5 years away from retiring/purchasing. Love the 2900 bathroom layout as I'm awake in that location vs. the bedroom (sleeping) but I want the washing machine option as in the 3100 as we plan to go full-time. Definitely the most exciting 5th wheel product I'm looking at. Looks like high quality and beautiful.

I’ve reviewed the data sheets and the weights are fairly close. The 2900 appeals due to its shorter length for me. It’s hard to get my 35’10” toy hauler into some/most parks and long to return to a shorter and lighter unit. I’m impressed with the production videos as well…. Cost is kinda crazy, but I guess you have to pay for quality these days. I just hope that Brinkley maintains its quality standards.

There is one annoying kitchen difference. The lower 18 inches of the pantry is blocked off to make room for the furnace.
Always a give and take with RVs, huh!?!
@@BeckleysRV yeah but they relocated the wire way access panel (that white round thing) to behind the toilet. Who wants to reach around a toilet and do Houdini like gyrations. In this case they took away space in the kitchen and created a big problem for people who have mobility issues.
