Y’all my advice to anyone who is living in an area that will be impacted by hurricane Florence, i was impacted my hurricane Irma and let me tell you, by the time it got to where I live (Florida) it was like a category 2 or 3 and huge oak trees fell onto people’s driveways, thank god it didn’t fall on anyone’s houses. There was trees in the road making it hard to drive. Wind was blowing lake water in the air, shit was flooding, all I could hear was things hitting the shutters all day, and there was no power for a little more than a week. It was humid, I slept on my marble floor because it was the only thing cold. It was pitch black and we had to use flashlights, there was no good food to eat because power was off, couldn’t wash clothes or take proper showers. It was hell and I encourage everyone to take this seriously and gtfo if you can afford it. If not then try to stay safe and I’m praying for you guys.

I agree. I was also hit my hurricane Irma but I live on St. Maarten and is was a category 5 then with winds going over 200mph. The hurricane went directly over my house and we even got the eye of it where for about 15 minutes there was barely any wind, but after that, we got the worst of the hurricane. My neighbors roof peeled off of their house and slammed into the side of mine and then was thrown onto my car. These huge 150 year old trees were ripped out of the ground like weeds and the seas were so intense the waves were reaching over 30 feet in height. I live 300 meters from the beach (like I can see the ocean from my bedroom) and we had the streets flooded. However many people who live right on the shore line where swept out of their homes when monstrous waves barred through their houses and then dragged them out to sea. This was the worst hurricane ever recorded in the Atlantic. I think the most important thing to do is to stick together and stay positive.

I live in NC and where I am we’re not supposed to really evacuate. Literally I had school all this week except for today (Thursday) and Friday. I don’t know anybody that lives in my area that’s actually evacuating. Right now it’s 5:30 PM on Thursday and all I’ve gotten is some rain, but tomorrow is when it’s going to get worse. I’m scared but I think it might be okay. We’re somewhat prepared except we don’t have a generator. Guys please stay safe, and if you live in SC get out!

Some people just have really extreme secularist views that like to harass or condemn people who show any public display or faith. They go around preaching of intolerance from religious people when they themselves have personal animosity towards religion. Partially because they’re fed a lot of bull crap about how religion is the root of all problems while living in countries that have directly benefited from Judeo Christian values.
Or in short, some people just can’t help being assholes. Who cares? Religious people can have the satisfaction of knowing these assholes live miserable little lives where they’re convinced that they serve no purpose, nothing they ever do will ever be of any significance, and when they die no one will remember them and they’ll just rot in the ground. And best of all, even if there really is no God, the atheists won’t be able to say “I told you so” after death. So there’s that.
My guess is that those that are leaving negative comments are either immature kids or cowards with no lives outside of their keyboard. These are the kind of people that wouldn't say anything like that in real life. Pretty sad they dont have anything better to do.

Thank you Lauren London it's a frightening time for everyone, because I have friends and family all over the world! And a couple of my friends had recently past through South Carolina! So these storms have effected myself and my friends and family!
I have seen at first hand what these storms can do!
I should know because In my younger days, myself and my friends use to dare-out on our boats in these unpredictable conditions! It was a crazy hobby of ours!
Well, since I got married, my wife gave me the ultimatum!
