A do niego Wiim Pro ustawiony na bit perfect i podłączony kablem cyfrowym. Natomiast przed zmiana wzmacniacza, to bym polecal poeksperymentowanie z akustyka pokoju (dywan na podłodze, może kilka paneli akustycznych na ścianach itp.
Stereo only. Music is recorded for 2 speakers, movies for 5 or more. Generally speaking amplifiers with 2 channels only are much better for music than AV receivers.
I have tried many amplifiers. It really comes down to personal taste. If you divide amplifiers into 2 groups, 1. Fast and 2. Mellow, than Yamaha is more on the fast side, while MF on the mellow. I ended up with 2 amplifiers, Primare i25 -very fast and Primaluna Evo100 - a lot of fun to listen to, on mellow side. I like Primaluna more than MF . On the fast side Primare is similar to the new Technics or Marantz (class D amps). I like the Yamaha CD players.

They sound better away from wall. If I decided to keep them (against the wall) I would probably invest in some equaliser or room correction to adjust bass area. Those acoustic panels are doing reasonably good job with the rest of frequencies.

@@GabRebSebas I heaven't heard 948. I was choosing between 926, 936 and few other brands. I think 948 are design for large rooms not for a better sound over 936. Anyway I would still go with 936 and use the extra money for better amplifier.

Hi, I actually wanted to buy Aria 926 but during auditioning I really liked 936. I didn't try 948 but there are mixed opinion which one is better.
