I love slow growth so much more than all the fast paced stuff. Fast growth is often paired with more distractions or switching from one thing to the next, getting you nowhere in the end. Slow intentional growth will bring you so much further. There are things that I've been practicing for 10, 15, even over 20 years that I can now perform pretty much effortlessly.
I experienced mental clarity and reduced anxious and depressive symptoms during pregnancy as well! It was surprising to me, but I am so thankful for that time.
I loved this so much! Thank you I have had so many conversations with family about slowing down and choosing to do so instead of what the world is pushing onto us!
I LOVE this!! I was just feeling this way after a work meeting about AI and how we can implement it. I already felt a billion years behind and had no interest in trying or keeping up. You're so right. When is enough ENOUGH?
I don't think I've ever commented on a RUclips video, and I consume a lot, but this video captures exactly how I've been feeling of late, especially as my children are now at the stage of having their own phones and quickly become so addicted. It's a road we're trying to take ourselves and also share with our kids - loved the ideas for ways to slow down in this speedy tech world 🌎
This was exactly what I’ve needed lately ❤ hope the baby is doing well!
I bought an old cam corder when my son was born. He just turned 3 this weekend 😊 still using it! I love it

I’m with you, Jules. I also believe we can have a healthy relationship with technology which includes giving ourselves guilt-free space from it

Yay! I missed your videos😊😊
It's raining now in the Philippines and my anxiety is also triggered! :( I think I'm solar-powered too!
