It was so weird sitting down to watch this video with humus, that I'd just bought from that exact branch of Sainsburys, which I use most days, especially having watched Dan flight videos for years. Glad you guys enjoyed your visit.
As a retired theatre arts educator, I applaud your love of theatre. The collective 'suspension of disbelief' between cast and audience creates a very human and immediate artistic event. It's a shame that there are very left-brained people who can't 'get into' the play. There are moments in live theatre which can feel electric.
Loved loved loved this episode. I’m originally from Cambridge and you guys showed me parts of it even I haven’t seen! So lovely seeing you both interact in a place you know so well, as well, you both seemed really comfortable. Very good vlog! Made me really happy ❤️ thank you!
What you say at 14.04, Dan, is the most important message I have heard among the many entertaining and informative messages from you and Oskar. The search for joy is the main motive for travel. A video from you guys is like a cappucino: light and frothy presentation, a richly rewarding shot of joy beneath. As an Oxford man. I know you'll understand that I was less interested in Cambridge (spot the very in-joke) and my hope that you will visit the senior university and my college, Merton 1264 :).
In four years studying at Cambridge I never found that swimming pool 😅 I'm living abroad at the moment, so it's lovely to watch your video - brings back lots of memories!
@@OskarandDan the open air swimming pool? No, it's open to the public, but I only ever heard rumours of its location lol 😅 I was never in Cambridge over the peak of the summer and hate the cold so never quite had the motivation to search it out... Although some colleges have their own pools too, so maybe you went to one of these!
Loved this style of video. You should do it again. I was in exactly the same places a few weeks ago also with trains striking. Who knows one day we might walk into each other. Love your channel, have a great time!!
hey Oskar & Dan . Love seeing random & different stuff . It's like opening a box of chocolates . LOL . ps . Your haircuts look great . Very handsome . Much respect . Mark (Toronto) 👍💙
I was an undergraduate at St John's College Cambridge from 1972 to 1975 and at that time all the colleges were open to visitors free of charge during the day. It's a shame that seems to have changed.
Endlich na? Hahaha I finally made it to your latest video, I’ve been on a very long journey with you since I’ve dived onto watching every one of your video from the beginning, and it’s been a whirlwind of fun. I love you guys so much, your chemistry is absolutely incredible to witness on screen, you’ve got such a visually-appealing and unique way of both creating, narrating and videotaping your different trips, it’s always filled with so much information, discoveries, food tasting, local encounters and activities; including your compassion and genuine high spiritedness for adventurous endeavors and little commotions (for the dress little bit? “Cher meme” iykyk) here and there. I went onto searching up places, I’d have never thought I could have any interest into. Italy is such a cookie dough ughhh as an art enthusiast I was scrutinizing those buildings and the abundance of art all over the place, or the incredible museum in Thailand or the mind blowing scenery of Switzerland, the quietness and calmness and forevermore peaceful aura of Gothenburg. I loved it all. I’m usually an aircraft/flight travel enthusiast but this channel is just wickedly awesome. I truly hope you guys get to achieve your goal of visiting one hundred countries before the end of the year, and hopefully soon, in a near future you’d have set foot on all the different countries in the world, tasted various meals, learned and heard different languages and cultural connotations related to different communities of people. I love you guys so much, and I wish you all the best. Can’t wait for the next video. ✨🛩🤍 I must add, I love it when Jacob and his mom join in, or the overall sweetness and burst of joy filled fulfillment of a face that Oskar makes whenever and ever in order to show how excited he’s and up for anything, alongside when he would be switching up between languages or the critic behind the lensed eyes of Dan and his connoisseur mind in terms of food and flavors and so on, anyways ALSO Ireland??? What a beauty omg, those windy seashores, accents, cute little shops…just absolutely adorable. I think I’ve said it all now, you guys are awesome, smart and incredible and I love your channel so yeah, haha thank you, goodbye haha
@@OskarandDan you’re very welcome!!! I absolutely did, I’ve never felt this well traveled while sitting back and watching your videos at the comfort of an motionless position hahahaha, but it was frustrating especially when I was down there on the list meanwhile you were still posting new stuff, I mean you can’t possibly debut a tv series with the latest episode you’ve got to go back to square one and catch up from season one, but now thankfully I’m up to date so yeah. I don’t necessarily know which one of you did reply, but if you ever come across this comment again, I’d like to know which specific aircrafts are your favorites, both of you, if you do have any. 🪄🫧✨
I lived in London and there are lots of choices (food, shows, museum etc) whether you are vegan or not it’s great to see that here compared to other countries.
I'm a student at Cambridge and literally went to see Hamilton a couple of weeks ago! This felt like a weird crossover episode that I just didn't expect to happen, it was really cool though!
have you ever been to avantgardevegan restaurant? 💚 I have never been in England but it looks so impressive. Lucky weather too🙂 hope you had an amazing wedding 👌
So glad you were lucky with the weather, definitely not typical for the UK. We are never happy with the weather, too hot, too cold, too dry, too much rain lol
I saw Phantom 30 years ago. Again, it was expensive BUT I remember it today. I think everyone should try and go to a show at least once. It's so different to watching it on tv. The atmosphere is amazing
Hamilton wasn’t my favorite either, honestly thought it was overhyped esp. if you’ve seen many shows before 😅 I just got back from London too, saw 4 shows in 6 days! I’ve recommended it to you guys before but definitely check out & Juliet/Moulin Rogue (if you like jukebox musicals) but also Frozen! I was like meh frozen? But was actually blown away haha
Mahalo! You two make me smile and giggle and for a moment forget the multitude of human-created crises. And I really appreciate that you show delicious vegan food. A hui hou!
Seeing you immediately do what I do when I get off the train at Cambridge - head for the Sainsbury's meal deal - is an oddly gratifying viewing experience haha! Next time you head into London, there is an amazing street food collective called Kerb and they have some stunning world vegan food as part of their street food lineup that is dotted around different stations. It's not running every day so it might never align with your plans but as fellow foodies, you'd likely appreciate the hidden gem tip :) Lovely to see the places I see every day (live in Essex, work in London) through a different lens.
Enjoyed the jaunt to Cambridge! BTW, it got its name because the town was centered around a bridge on the Cam River! And I'm glad you got to see that river which one can go boating on. Those REAL historic sites are FAR more imaginative and interesting than whatever got concocted for Harry Potter! Truth's not only stranger but sometimes more unexpected than fiction! Thanks also for sharing your West End and Hyde Park London gallivanting!
Kinda wondering what is your definition of visiting a country? How long you need to be there/ how much u need to see in order to say you visited it? 2 Hours in Luxembourg should be enough but 2 Hours in the USA might not. Or does even having transit at the airport count in ? haha
Hey love u guyz. I hope I visit London one day. As welll as ride the red double decker bus. Stay safe thanks for sharing. Great content. Life is all stressful. 😂🤣😂🤣😘
WOW I use to work at Trinity College but the one in America. I always wanted to visit the one over there but never did, but awesome to see it looks almost like the one here!! Thanks!! And as always great to see your trips!!
I'm surprised you both don't weigh 300 lbs or uh 150 kilos or something like that. Enjoying all that food. I love to eat, also but restrict myself as I don't wanna gain weight-5' 8" and about 140 lbs.
Dan, I do the same thing when I’m visiting the UK and see a Sainsebury’s - I’ve bought their big reusable shopping bags and use them in California, so that I have a little Sainsebury’s fix when I’m shopping at our Trader Joe’s in San Diego. Oh and the haircuts look 🔥🔥
Love love Cambridge and King’s college tour! So richly cultured. 💖💕 PS. Would you consider Q&A at some points? Love to ask how you both cope with hanging around together 24/7. Is it hard? Compromise needed? Thank you. Love you from Thailand 🇹🇭 💝🌟
I have faithfully watched and enjoyed your videos for many months. Who knew that this beautiful RUclips relationship would hit a snag over "Hamilton" v "Les Miserables"? Come on guys. Isn't our world polarized enough? --There is room to love both musicals for their creative and unique properties!
Thank you guys for watching this random video😆🙏❤️ Hope you didn’t hate it🤣
Always a pleasure, Larry David would be proud 😅✨️
I loved it but then I am bias I live in Cambridge!
I loved every minute of it!! By the way..? Your not alone with not liking Hamilton, I fell asleep in the first half hour 😴 😁

I follow a lot of vagan channel's and I would say, the UK leads the way when it comes to Vegan food.
You two are not alone with Hamilton not being your thing. I’m glad to see you were able to cleanse your pallets with Les Miz 😀🎶
Aah thank god😂🙌
I'm not able to travel much right now, but I feel like I'm right there with you guys! Thanks!
Loved loved loved this episode. I’m originally from Cambridge and you guys showed me parts of it even I haven’t seen! So lovely seeing you both interact in a place you know so well, as well, you both seemed really comfortable. Very good vlog! Made me really happy ❤️ thank you!

Hehe Loved your English (or London) accents! hehehe 🤣😂
London is such a treat, great vlog guys!
I am a student at Cambridge, it is so cool seeing streets I am walking through everyday in your video guys!!!
In four years studying at Cambridge I never found that swimming pool 😅 I'm living abroad at the moment, so it's lovely to watch your video - brings back lots of memories!
Think it's restricted to one college sadly😅

I love this city. Can't wait to go back🔥❤

Omg, I am SO pleased you also didn’t like Hamilton…. I nearly fell asleep myself! Les Mis on the other hand…. LOVE IT
Omg exactly the same for us😂
Love it guys. Take it from this 53 year old American, great things happen for a reason. Much love from the United States❤️
Your videos never fail to cheer me up! Keep up the great work and safe travels! 😊🙏🏻👋🏻✈️
Love from Malta ❤️🇲🇹 (loved that vlog btw! 😁)
❤️❤️
I left london a week ago! I loved it! I also loved recognising the places i'd visited and all the train stations i remember
I lived in London and there are lots of choices (food, shows, museum etc) whether you are vegan or not it’s great to see that here compared to other countries.
don't apologize for familiarity! would actually be great to see super chill, mundane, non-touristy life in Sweden...
I'm a student at Cambridge and literally went to see Hamilton a couple of weeks ago! This felt like a weird crossover episode that I just didn't expect to happen, it was really cool though!
Haha amazing!!
Love your travel videos guys, great posh English accent Dan.
have you ever been to avantgardevegan restaurant? 💚 I have never been in England but it looks so impressive. Lucky weather too🙂 hope you had an amazing wedding 👌
That’s the next one to try😍
What an exciting trip to old stomping grounds. You saw everything in three days but the changing of the guards!
Happy birthday you guys! Thanks for another great Vlog❤️✈️🎉🍾🎂🎊
💚❤️🇵🇹👍🏻London, great city 🇬🇧
Awesome job you guys thumb up.
weather is normally always dry in London.Very few rainy days
So glad you were lucky with the weather, definitely not typical for the UK. We are never happy with the weather, too hot, too cold, too dry, too much rain lol
Such an amazing video!

Phantom is our all-time favorite🥲
I live in London you made it far more glossy than I see it. 😁 I suppose that's what holiday's are about. Unity is an excellent place to eat.😋
London will always evoke running through train stations. 🚄
Yup😂
London is so great for stopovers, we try to do this as well to recover from longer flights.
Love the haircuts lads. Suits the pair of you.

So true! I was like this is what everyone was talking about. This is the masterpiece that is being shoved down our throat. It’s…. Fine
Mahalo! You two make me smile and giggle and for a moment forget the multitude of human-created crises. And I really appreciate that you show delicious vegan food. A hui hou!
🙏💚
Great to see London through your eyes, I travel these places so many times, I forhow wonderful they are.
Cambridge is ace!
Same here. My dream was to get into Georgia Tech on a full scholarship. Getting only a partial led to me meeting my soulmate.
I’m so glad you saw LES MIZ!!! Its my absolute favorite! ♥️♥️♥️

Great video as always. Loved you guys again. 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
Another nice video. Loved the tiny tour of the West End. Keep them coming. Have you done any videos in Stockholm?
Thanks! None from Sthlm yet.
London is always great! That dessert in Chinatown looked amazing 😋

We usually spend at least two nights in smaller countries, except some microstates like San Marino, Liechtenstein, etc. :)
I didnt hate it at all!!!!!!! It was different but nice!!!
You were *literally* half an hour up the road from me when you were in Cambridge…
Hey love u guyz. I hope I visit London one day. As welll as ride the red double decker bus. Stay safe thanks for sharing. Great content. Life is all stressful. 😂🤣😂🤣😘

I seriously spent half this video trying to spot anything different in your hair... Nope. I'm fully convinced you guys were bluffing.
😂🤣

Dude .. you came to London ! I owed you guys dinner! Next time maybe?
That's very sweet🙏🥰
Thank you for the Hamilton comment - my friends react in horror when I say such a thing
😂🤣

Now I get sooo hungry again, thanks boys!

Oh god! Finally! Someone doesn’t like Hamilton!

Vegan fish. 🤔🤣😂
WHY BOOK HAIRCUTS? I JUST WALK IN TO A BARBERS
Try dirty vegan it’s scrumptious
So many vegan eats left to try in London😍
LOVE THE VDEO (as always) Haircuts are very becoming for two handsome men. john xxoxoxo
I go to London every year for about 6 days and I always at least see 7 musicals 😉
Aaaah that's the way to do it!!🤩
I thought Hamilton was only just okay. For the most part I was just bored.
bra👍
