Yea but analyze and you'll find out that "gangsta rap" has nothing to do with the hip hop culture, lifestyle, community and movement! Hip hop has elements and principles that meet together and it was never being a gangsta, a thug or any of that non sense!!
Why did youngsters and people of all ages back then do something better instead of doing drugs or gangbanging, they used that energy and used it in a positive way, they would rap, break, dj, tag or just come up with crazy burners!
