@@minakshi7530 its true its sticky after use, i use coconut oil & wax strips to remove wax. Initially i used it wrong so i had painful experience. But later after seeing this video i used the correct method n had to heat it for 45 minutes at least..using on yourself might be a bit difficult at first but once you start getting a hook of it it can take away the thickest n all well the thinnest hairs from your legs .i would not recommend it for underarms though as it may hurt if you r trying yourself..

Hello Nandini, thank you so much for your kind words, means a lots. Usually it takes 20-30 mins to heat up properly but it’s depends upon the wax quantity left in the roll on wax cartridge. If the roll on wax cartridge is full (i mean to say if it’s new) then firstly it will take 20-30 mins and if the wax quantity is less then heat process will be faster.

There are so many negative comments in the amazon customer review section , saying skin got burnt,product takes time to heat up n product not getting heated,product not working well ,wastage of money & so on, please guide me ??????
Hello Deepa :) We are using this product from past two months and it's working really good. It will take 30 minutes to heat up properly and I don't think it's a wastage of money however it's an easy DIY for every girl. If you have sensitive skin then go for RICA white chocolate or aloe vera roll on wax. Hope this help :)

Hey thanks for the video.. just one question. Every time when the wax is finished in the refill we will have to order a new refill? There is no option that we can add wax again to the same refill. Is there a possibility that it gets open? Thanks in advance

Haritha it’s depends upon your hair growth. I have used one cartridge for 2-3 times for full arms. Hope this helps 😊

It depends upon your hair growth. If you have normal hair growth on your arms as well as on your legs then you can use one refill for 2-3 times.

Anushri one tin box contains upto 700 ml and refill comes in 100 ml only. So in short they both are not equivalent in terms of quantity.

There is no need to clean the wax heater. It’s roll on wax heater. You need a roll on wax which is one cartridge and add that cartridge into the roll on wax heater and use. After use you can remove that roll on wax cartridge so no need to clean the wax heater. Hope you got my point.

No it’s not hot much. It’s just similar to normal jar one wax as this comes in roll and that one comes in jar. Procedure of heating is different.

Hello Khushbu, 30 mins heat karne ke badh wax easily bahar aajaeye gyi .. agar wax bahar na aaye toh 2-3 min ke leye heat fer se karna hoga.

Khushbu, I will not suggest to use this wax on your face and chain (even I haven't tried yet on my face and chain) . You can use face and chain hair removal strips.

How to refill rollon wax?
Hello Asha :) You can’t refill your roll on wax roller again if it’s empty. You will need to buy again roll on wax roller and then put that wax inside the roll on wax heater. Please correct me if I misunderstood your question.
Can I use it for underarms waxing?
Hello Bhavna 😊Yes, you can but ask someone else help you in that process because our underarms is super sensitive. Before using patch test is must!
