You cant open the cap of the wax refill (cartridge) once your refill is over, u need to buy new one, thats what i have done-i tried opening an empty one and it wasnt successful.

The horror of dipping the knife in hot wax and cleaning it afterwards is REAL. This tool looks much better and easy to handle. The best part is it looks travel friendly. Great review. 👍
My biggest concern has always been the hygiene factor so i would anyday prefer 20 mins heating time and a personal waxing tool than to go to a salon and come home feeling all sticky sticky. Plus, this pandemic has taught how imp. Hygiene is.😂

No, it stayed liquidy and perfect consistency till i did both arms.. anyway u can always put it back on the wax heater stand and it maintains the temperature
M sorry, i misread.....You can definitely use it multiple times until ofcourse the cartridge is empty.. just heat it on the wax heater stand and its ready to be used again

I heat it for 30 mins on high and then keep it back on the heater time and again to maintain the temperature.. that way i can do both arms and legs
Or once we heat it up to 30 minutes , while plucking the hair , fir that short time period we can put it on heat so that the heat can be maintained??

For full arms and legs, u can use it twice/thrice depending on the hair growth
