Seriously considering it if I can find one in good nick . As you say there is something about it, a bit of extra character that I can't find in anything else. The ride quality is the big draw going by what I've heard and watched.
in fact thanks to your videos Ive found mine here in my country . i got me a RRS 2011 3.0 diesel 2 owners now it is just getting final check ups from mechanic next week i will be riding it
Just grabbed a 2010 no issues, long history of service, 2024 and it looks amazing break necks drives smooth, just make sure you check the chain for chain replacement and a good history of service and you’ll be fine, best thing to do is to listen for the chain issues as you are unable to see them, cheers! thanks for the vid, enjoying mine!
At 86 k I've just had a gearbox service flush and new oil with uprated gearbox oil filter, i have the same car and year except mine is silver with side steps...
Actual RR colour is: BALI BLUE, because I have exactly same colour & model combo with my 2010 RR Sport 3.0L TDV6. Best colour & contrasting interior combo by far in my opinion. It’s basically the reason I bought it 7yrs ago, in mint condition with only 50K km. Makes every other RR look bland & boring with so many in dreary black, dark grey or white. Never ever seen another one in the same colour here down under in Oz & a LR specialist said there are just 3 or 4 in the country in this colour combo with the contrasting special order cream soft leather interior. Now with 165K km, I still love her to bits & laugh every time I go for a drive & get 10L/100km fuel economy in a 3 ton behemoth of a luxury barge. So comfortable for long trips & with heavy duty towing. Booked in for major service in 2 wks for cam/timing belts, including annual service, which is going to be costly at around $4K all up. Strongly recommend you test drive the later model 2014 Porsche Cayenne 4.2Tdi V8. I guarantee it will blow your socks off with 850NM of torque, including the brilliant handling, drivability & interior ergonomics. As one would expect nothing less from Porsche. It makes the RR look like a tractor in comparison in performance, fuel economy & especially in handling. As a journalist was quoted after an in depth review on the Porsche Cayenne as being “a sports car hiding in SUV 4WD body”.
Brought one these Bovee after seeing this video and was wondering if you’re able to go back a track using the physical buttons? Mine can go forward but the “back” button only seems to rewind the track itself. Thanks!
Yeah mine did I think 🤔 yeah I’m sure it did. It would jump a track sometimes if I was to skip a track not sure why that was but yeah I’m sure it skipped back a track
Bought a Bovee 1000 on your recommendation for connection to my android Samsung S21 Ultra and whilst the phone connects to the Bovee, the Bovee doesn't show on LR display, still shows ipod
@@stevemarruk I know mate, I watched the video and that's what prompted me to get one Not your fault, just a shame and only posted to let others know not all android phones will connect
@@stevemarruk No worries. What are your thoughts on high mileage RR Sport purchases for cheap? '2011 for $8k with 172k on the odometer? lol Carfax makes no mention of Timing Chain replacement , or air spension....really curious how to go about making an informed decision without paying a LR dealership 289 USD for an 1hr of labour
What do you think would you buy the older Range Rover today?
