❤ there is nothing like cooking in cast iron. Take care of it and it'll last a lifetime. Something you can pass down throughout the family. My Christmas gift for this year will be a cast iron Dutch oven. Like the ones are grandparents used to have. ❤

I am really happy that you wanna try Gerolsteiner (as a German I love the water). It is way better of a company than san Pellegrino (nestle is behind it- they steal water of the African because there the water is way cheaper, but the African therefore have less water available). Gerolsteiner is from a source in Germany 🙏🏼

I live in the Netherlands and we don’t have a Trader Joe unfortunately. They have so many good food. We really struggle to buy good food at our supermarkets. We do have an Aldi but without organic food. In the center of my city there is one shop that sells organic food, it is a specialty shop but also very expensive. Loved the noodle salad at the end of your video and I will try it soon. Thanks ❤

It's just me and my fur-baby, but l spent $430 today. Everything was empty! That included dog food and some paper products and cleaning supplies. I just realized I forgot mini peppers and cucumbers. I got massive veggies. Whoo hooo! 😊

@naturalsimpleliving , I stocked the freezer. I hadn't bought groceries since the middle of January. I buy frozen veggies and make lots of salads so produce runs out first. Actually I am kinda doing a weight watchers/ keto. I was 70 in November and have lost 30 pounds since Christmas. I graze a lot. I love fruit so that's a go-to snack. I love Greek yogurt with frozen blueberries and some nuts or coconut. I'm a Midwest Farmer's daughter and learned to cook. You've given me some fabulous ideas! (I'd only need 10th of your volumes though!) I'm in the middle of completing redoing the flooring in my house. It's about 2200 square feet. I bought things for the guys for lunches. I actually bought them cokes! Ack!!😉
We get some things at TJs for a better price than Walmart
