6:40 Was that an impromptu save by playing it off, and putting the hat on Aladdin? Either way, good catch. xD This was nicely filmed. I wish the audio levels weren't overloaded and peaking though. Darcey seems so confident and not shy. Is this a stage thing only, or in real life, too? Or does theatre, in general, make kids more outgoing? Or is it the other way around. More outgoing kids tend to be in theatre?
Yes it was total improv, good save eh😂. I know sound was not great at all, bit of a shame. Such an awesome show, and she was incredible as Genie, absolutely as happy as larry🤣.
She is very confident, although as a teenager now she sometimes doubts herself. Kids at school are not always kind, but its probably because she is very confident at speaking in public, thinking on her feet, which is different to a lot of kids. She is comfortable in a theatre environment as its expected, and thrives on stage. I think theatre schools have a bit of both, confident ones and less so but they share the same love of theatre and want to be up there.

A bit of both I think, they've got to want to be there and be on stage though. It does bring those shyer ones out of their shell.
