@@pavankaseebhatla both gives dark colour. In the method shown in this video, it's slightly brown, not completely white. I never manned to get white colour vibhuti. Maybe missing something here.
I will make an attempt to translate it for you, hope it helps. I know, its been a while you asked. But I just came across this video and your question. Anybody who knows the exact mantras can add on to this comment and describe the mantras and prayers offered. Step1: You need a very well ventilated and safe and sacred place to lit up fire. The area is to be secured from dogs and other stray animals. Area to be cleaned and maintained with auspicious wash materials such as Turmeric, cowdung, water mix. Prayers are required to keep the area sacred. You need fresh cow dung, lots of it , press or mash it to ensure no globs are present, sort of make it like a puree 2: for a consistent shape, use a silicon forming die plate with a nice 1" stock in the middle to make dung cakes, the ideal size of the dung cakes are to be like 5 to 6 inches in dia and about 3/4" thickness. Once the cakes are dried a bit release from die and weave a string thru the middle and air dry the cakes for a week or so. You can also use your hands and form a circular cake :-) 3: next you need rice husk and rice hay, Spread a layer of hay and add rice husks on top as a second layer, spread on top of it, spread the dung cakes close and tight in a circle about 14 to 20 cakes. Repeat process to spread hay and husk and dung cakes. Every layer try to reduce the cakes and make it to a conical shape, bring to the shape of Linga. 4: Sacred mantras and prayers and poojas are to be offered to the pile up and the fire is lit with the help of Ghee. The fire burns with intense heat, so please be safe. Once the fire is done burning, you will see pure ash cakes. These are to be secured. This ash is pure vibuthi. He was also talking a lot about the amount of time and labor spent on this effort. The yield will be very low like 300 to 400 boxes of 100 grams per box in total like 40 kilos of ash for two piles. This kind of pure vibuthi is sought after and he says it is exported to all over the world. Hope this helps. Peace!
All is well but i saw you people using ghee available in market for giving ahuti in a plastic bowl . Isnt that a mistake . Using market made ghee is not gho rakshanam as of i know. The basic purpose of your effort is itself spoiled because of using market ghee
