Put the food & water inside, tie a rope to the top with a weight tied to the other end. Set the trap on the rail. When the trap springs and the cat freaks out the trap can't fall off the rail since the rope, which is weighted on the other end, is holding things somewhat steady. Just leave it there and monitor. I appreciate the lengths they go to to rescue poor animals; but, sometimes there are better, simpler, cheaper methods.
I'm often times shocked by the willingness of city utility to agree to rescue these animals. Must be a different mindset in South Korea compared to the states, It'd be a very difficult thing to get any help from the city in rescuing stray animals here. No one that high up really cares.... sad.

South Korea has a very powerful force to tell the people that they should love animals. It’s common for them to be kind to stray cats and dogs. This proves South Korea is a very civilized country.👍
South Korea has many people in both ends of the spectrum. Animal torturers and dog and cat eaters on one end and many animal lovers on the other. The nice side is impressively nice and the dark side very cruel.
Civilized country? You must be joking. Puppy mills for the dog meat trade is still a common thing in S. Korea, for instance they use small breed dogs for making soup. And the dogs are not killed nicely...they put the dogs in the soup while still alive.
So glad that ordinary folks care for a helpless kitten stranded next to an expressway. Again, another EXCELLENT RESCUE & CARE in the medical facility. Hopefully, the little one will continue to stay there & rest awhile while receiving treatment for the broken femur. May she be adopted into a safe & loving home.
OMG!!! 😳😳😳 That was an AMAZING rescue. Thanks to EVERYONE responsible for saving that baby kitty. Oh my! If I lived in S Korea (American in Arizona) I would be so tempted to adopt all those rescues. Blessed to those involved in trying hard to rescue that poor little angel...seeing her all alone, dropped her can of food and seeing her lying alone with that heavy breathing enduring her pain under the hot sun really breaks my heart...thank you guys for saving the little kitty, you all are hero😊...i pray the little kitty will find a loving and kind forever home🙏

Cats don't meow to each other if they're strays or were born outside of humans and such. That cat was either thrown away or had a home before

@@Gyaaaaaaaaaat69420 It's basically like baby talk, they do that then they are newborn, and later then they connect with mom/other adult cats from their clowder. Even baby tigers and lions kind of meow.
