I really appreciate your GT7 PSVR2 videos, because I bought my PS5 to play GT7, and then, I also bought my PSVR2 to play GT7 in VR. I know, I'm somewhat weird, but I couldn't resist. With this scenery i wish Gt7 would make point to point stages as well. The rally mode should also have such stages on dirt and snow. I realize it would take time to make but i would love if they did it.
Agreed but I really want city tracks. It's insane to me that rhey haven't added city tracks. GT used to have a lot of great ones, now we only have the crappy Tokyo ones
The weight shift is very noticeable now. Im loving it actually. The new track is stunning in VR too. What a beauty.

Bought the VR2 headset last week, it really is game changer specially on Gran Turismo 7!
Man Eiger Nordwand is INSANE in VR. People really don't understand unless you play it in VR. More than any other it is so much more extreme in VR than flat, even more so than most tracks
I really hope the rally track. Even though the dirt racing isn't great in gt7 that rally track was awesome and had even better views

its a great update... physics model is much improved... try out the rally event in this weeks events - the dirt is so much more fun now.
(snow is also better. basically slides more controllably, and the jumps don't spit you off into a random direction)

If you watch as they cycle through the track scenes just before you start a race there's a fox walking around a mountain-top cabin too. So much cool detail in this map.
I had no idea they scanned the areas by helicopter. Now that would be a cool gig!
0:54 NO! this is NOT Norway, Eiger is meant the Eiger Nordwand, the famous "SWISS" mountain, which actually appears also on the logo of the chocolate Toblerone! :)

Eiger Nordwand is in the Alps, so no.. not Norway! It’s in Switzerland
It’s a great track in VR. Very addictive esp the top corner and the small jump that triggers the head haptics. Feels esp good in an open top car like the BAC Mono as you can see it all better.
Oh and Jammy, massive sale on psvr2 worth letting people know about near enough saving £200

It's the eiger mountain ⛰️ big climbing area. Clint Eastwood movie eiger sanction filmed there. Same village. Large flat face Mt is what they climb. Awesome track

Anyone feel the eye tracked area in car is larger, like things you aren't looking directly at are more in focus?? I race exclusively in VR and spend a lot of time in there, something has changed since update they haven't mentioned in patch notes

I believe it's only the racing tyres that have been re worked but I could be wrong. New track is a visual treat. Love the way that you can park up on a high spot and look down at the other cars in the distance.
You’re wrong. Suspension and overall physics have been completely reworked
PSVR2 experience is amazing! Thankful for this type of technology
Update 1.49, also known as the "all FWD cars are broken and fly off into the air update". Other than that it's brilliant.

Already Played that update yesterday at night that map I was in was definitely New!! so I was like oh this must’ve been the new update 😅 btw I watched the video before this on the Psvr2 app also coming all I may say is THE HYPE IS REAL!!!
Have they already added an option for camera lock for banking corners? I hate that it locks to the horizon, I want and expect it to lock to the car...

I was having a blast in the new M3 on Eiger but then I motor swapped it and the strange bug that causes the steering to lock up/not do what I’m telling it to on the t300 popped up, so weird, have you ever experienced that?

was that initial d music at 8 minutes in lol. yeah gt7 VR would be 1000 times better if it had an open world free roam mode in tokyo. i would literally play nothing else! btw what do you use to capture from PS5? do you use the elgato 4k or the ps5 capture feature?

You do realize there is no "completing" a gt7 update. The new course and cars come to add to the already completed game that released over 2 years ago.

I have a question can you do something if you dont have the DisplayPort 1.4 in your pc. That is needed for the psvr2 pc adaptor (I use a laptop)
I've been asking the same question, apparently a certain type of usb C port as long as it carries video may do it with an adapter.. mine is latest version but not right one apparently 🙄 nobody seems to know about the hdmi port. But there is adaptors for both to display port so all very confusing and research on your laptop required before buying any adaptors. I've got a 3060 in mine so would have ran it I think 🤷🏼♂️

It’s VR. How can you not feel it automatically? Flat screens need high artificial field of view for sense of speed. Not needed at all for VR.

The sense of speed in sim racing won't get any more realistic than racing in VR

I got a psvr2, and regretted it. Then I played this game in vr. I can’t say it’s worth the money to play gt5 in vr.. but it’s really good. Made me regret the psvr2 a little less.

why does the video seem so jerky and jaggy? I just ordered a PS VR two but if this what's going to look like when I wear it, I'm going to send it back immediately. the game uses foveated rendering! that means where your eyes are focused it’s sharp, but where you’re not it’s more jagged like you see here! in the headset you can’t see it :)
motion sickness is just caused by your brain thinking you’re moving when you’re not
