@SmallCityChic Like I said in an earlier reply, everything is relative. We live in an area that is not very expensive to live, so we can have those sorts of things. If I were living in Chicago, New York, etc, I would not be able to maintain this same lifestyle.
My grandmother swore my Nivea. I find it a little heavy but, i love to use it in the winter when i have random dry spots on my face, i just put the Nivea on the spot and go to bed, the next morning.... no more dry spot.
I bought a couple of brass trigger key rings at Walmart that helps keep my keys, rewards card and mail box all separated but together, if that makes sense. for example, when I pull up to my mail box, I take the mail box key off the main key ring and I can check the mail without turning off my car. then with the rewards card, I just take the ring with the cards off and hand it over to the cashier instead of my entire keys...try it out and let me know what you think.
There is an app on the iphone that can store your reward cards...you scan them in. I used it at Sallys and they just used my phone to scan it in their system. Its pretty cool.

Marnie is lucky that her husband gives her nice gifts. My husband does the same . That's probably why I own alot of Coaches and makeup. Lucky us!!!

That thing on your keychain is a carabiner and there is an ap called Cardstar that is great for the iphone that stores your card info and will list deals the store has. It's fun to creep other people's stuff. By invitation only, of course. I won't go through someone's medicine cabinet, or anything nasty and weird like that. ;)
wow are those classses ever fancy names.. for us until gr 11 all classes were english, social studies, math, science, gym, and language of your choice, and of course 2 electives
I just received a smaller handbag for Christmas and I am nervous about how much stuff I am going to have to pare down. You have to REALLY prioritize if you carry a small bag. LOL

A word of caution - not taking those weighted courses can be a nightmare for your class rank in hs. I would have been valedictorian had I not taking music (unweighted) freshman year. Do what you feel confident with, but often "advanced" classes really are no different other than the course credit. Good luck to your son in high school!
Hey, I took Pre AP Biology and it was easy. I just don't know what it is in the US with the fear concerning Pre AP and AP classes! I love the rewards card idea on a key chain! I'm just wondering if I have to ask permission to punch a hole in them...Maybe I'll just do that to the ones where I don't have to give them back (my movie rental place I actually had to pay 10€ which I'll get back once I return the card..they probably wouldn't be too happy to get one with a hole ;-)
random question:- what did you do when your boys were babies and in regards to a diaper bag? did you just put your wallet and keys in th[e diaper bag or did your carry a purse as well as a diaper bag?
I was laughing over some of the things like all the lip products. I keep mine in a make up bag and lip products just collect until I can't zip it. I carry packages of Sugar Twin for my coffee and tea. I have had so many people tell me how it is going to kill me. Well I am 54 and still here.
