Dave, you rock! You're a saw with no guards and roll around in broken glass kind of diy guy! Loved the episode! Thanks for sharing!

oh my gawd ! I knew it was coming but it was still terrible to see you being cut and bleeding. Great work on the insulation and a good system for marking out the funny shaped areas. Thanks for the instructions on the gas stove as I just bought one from Halfords because of all the power cuts at my house.

Cracking video Dave! Sorry we had a laugh at your expense, it's always the way when things are going good, there will be blood..... We had tuna jumping off the bow so I grabbed the rod and a muppet lure, boat rolled a bit with a gust and a no2 hook went clean through my finger. Cid said you did not want to do that! Had to cut the end off and pull it through. By the time I was done the tuna were gone. Good news is blood does not stain teak! Your really moving on mate and the kingspan's a good idea. Keep posting mate we love your videos. Ant & Cid xx

It's coming along very nicely. I've got a lot of foam insulation to install. Come give us a hand if you like. I'll be happy to supply the bandages. : )

Good job Dave, things are really starting to come together. If you really want to gimble that stove you need to make a stand with the pivot point "above" the stove, the secret is to get the weight of the stove below the pivot point, further is better. The gimbal is probably not needed anyway as long as you don't need tea in the middle of a rough sea ;) .

Well worth waiting for this latest video- find it fascinating how others tackle the problems and setbacks that are inevitable with this type of project - Dave, you’ve certainly got determination and patience in spades. Inspiring! Best wishes and good luck from Co Down!

I think veins leak a lot Dave. The fit out is going very well and those stoves are really good, although I have seen a few chucked away I think it is more that they are cheap than any other reason; I like mine. The rain is a good test for a boat as most of the gaps are above the waterline. enjoyed the vid

Dave, I'm Scots Irish ancestry and have a reputation for being a bit "frugal".
Two things in you video got my juices flowing so to speak....
First was how extravagant you are with your blood!!! ( It took 3 trips to the clinic to get that much out of me the other week for a full blood check.)
Second, that 150 pound tool was a snap you lucky bugga.
    Cheers Eric

Can your small stove swing from a pivot above the shelf?Or from an axle a little higher up than your taller pots?

Not really, because space is limited. I will try using this setup in practice once the boat on the water, before I consider any other modifications. Regards Dave.
