Steve, TU for the video and all the relevant information. I have followed all the other videos for Shunt Loading A Tower for 160m that you have posted. My New tower with 160m shunt loading was guided by your plans. Look forward to seeing you on 160m. 73/good DX Ted K8NA

Great point and brilliant presentation. There is a huge amount of info about feeding in this video. Thanks for the research and time taken to make this.

Someone also told me there was a way of building a shunt for the boom out of copper pipe if anybody knows anything about this and can give me informative information about it I wouldn't mind learning about this too

I need some help.. I have a three element 10 meter yagi it's split element setup on the driven element using a hairpin match with just the radio not applying any kind of power SWR 1.1 50 ohms to the frequency that I normally talk at but when I apply power it jumps to 1.6 when I modulate SWR swings backwards to 1.2.. is this considered a reflect problem? Would grounding the boom help any? Or should I try grounding the director and reflector? Or should I try building an ugly? If anybody can give me any opinions or help me out in any kind of way I would greatly appreciate it
