NAPKIN -
Place the napkin in your lap upon seating.
When leaving the table temporarily, put the napkin on your chair.
At the meal's end, fold your napkin and place it to the left of your place setting.
FORK -
Hold your fork in your left hand, tines downward.
Hold your knife in your right hand, an inch or two above the plate.
Extend your index finger along the top of the blade.
Use your fork to spear and lift food to your mouth.

You are doing Good job..but you should not make fun of those people who dont know these habits. Most of the parents are illiterate but they made their child a very educated person. I think you are also one of them.
Letting someone down is a bad habit you should know this before telling others . You yourself need to learn some good habits.

Good Try but there are few mistakes in your Video..
1.Napkin should always be folded to your side and only one fold..Opening part should be towards yourself so that u can tap your mouth with the inside part easily.
2.While having soup take a spoon of soup towards outside not towards yourself so that from which part of spoon u'll take the soup will not be heated and will not hurt your lips.
3.After having your Soup/Dessert,,Never place the spoon inside those Bowls..Place it in front of your Bowl in the Plate..Like how u said Parallel placing of spoon&fork indicates u finished your Main course,Sameway this indicates u are done with your Soup/Dessert.
