Hey, well done. Nice bass tone, too. Cool that the bass is hand made. I noticed the design provides a perfect arm rest. Roger got totally lost on this recording... it happens.
I’m more impressed by the left hand on the frets - John had a unique way of fretting the notes and chords - and this guy NAILED it. Like watching John himself play it.
I'm a bass player of 50 years. I'd love to find out who can I buy a explorer bass body from and get the neck for it and have 24 frets. I don't want anything less than 24 frets. I need help locating a 24 fret neck
Yes absolutely. It's definitely not an Alembic. I'm thinking the bass could be a Schecter. I screenshot the bass in question, then searched basses and found a possibility (Schecter) matched up the shape of the headstock. Very very similar to the bass in question. The bridgepiece is 100% not from Alembic. So, I'm thinking it's a Schecter
bro just casually shredded my faorite song and I'm out of words...

This is the Live Aid version
That’s as close as it gets well done ,you would be well placed in a who tribute band
Wow, long time WHO fan here and you killed it! The Ox would be impressed.
You absolutely nailed that right hand technique. I've never seen anyone other than Entwistle play like that

this is the best cover i have seen on youtube great ear for hearing the dynamics in entwistles sound
Man you proper nailed it. That edgy, dirty, gritty sound from that explorer and your skill brings it home! Well done.
Amazing! And you have the Ox technique on the feet hand down perfectly. Like watching John himself.
This is a guy who has thoroughly studied John Entwhistle.
データバンク柄のTシャツも、 壁のクラフトワークとオジーのアルバムもカッコよです!
La musica più bella che ho mai sentito la ascolto da anni viva the Who
Impressive technique……Just like Entwhistle……you could jump right in with the WHO…..😎🇩🇰🍺

Cool Ox tone, and excellent playing!
REALLY GREAT PLAYING!
Fantastic level of skill 👏 👌, I personally would have liked to have the vocals/band a wee bit louder, just a smidgen 😊

Yep. Nailed it. Great job man. Ya make it look oh so easy-just like John did.

can you send me the templates and blueprints of that bass?, i want to build one (and i need some reference in the electronics too)
It's just an explorer body shape with an active circuit and certain booters for treble and mids etc

Did you assemble this gorgeous base yourself?
Damn! You killed it,gave it a spanking, then made sweet heartfelt passionate Love...to that nasty, naughty, funky funkin line.
Hi Whats the brand of your amp and strings? Thanks
Why is it always the Asian ones who get it exactly right?!!😭
Nice playing. I don’t know what bass this, but it’s not an Alembic.
