I was thinking the same thing…. However, I am new in the past year to Suzanne. I’ve now been to 3 weekend seminars and plan to go to Boone North Carolina in September 2022. I’m also on my 3rd book that she has written. What a journey.
Always wondered what my purpose here was until I heard ...'To Remember'! It makes so much sense, because our journey lies in remembering who we truly are. That is everyone's purpose. It is in the remembering that all of life's challenges are encountered and overcome. So beautiful - thank you Sanaya and thank you Suzanne for being such an awesome channel.
It does make sense because like Sanaya says we don’t truly remember until we are back home until we are one with ourself. I been working on self awareness since my 20’s. I am 50 now and still have a lot of work to do. I struggle with meditation and centering myself. I have not yet succeeded. Can’t still my mind yet. And down here it is Faith that helps us remember who we truly are. It is not like just because someone like Suzanne tells us who we truly are we instantly remember who we truly are! I wish it was so easy. That we could have an instant flash back of who we are and all our past lives and lessons learned and be instantly aware doing, thinking and saying from the soul self. That is not my reality. Although with Faith it could be I am told. My journey to self. Awareness as a soul has been much longer and takes a lot of patience and reading all things Spiritual and then trying to truly practice thinking and doing and speaking from my soul self as much as possible. I am not always loving that is why I know I have more work to do . I believe for most it is a long process a gradual learning of self awareness. For one thing we still have to live on this earth and usually that involves working having families. So we are very busy and still need to find time to devote ourselves to self awareness. I struggle with finding the time for this. Luckily I am a nurse so I have many opportunities to express love and compassion toward others. It does make sense to me .
Loved this teaching and now it makes sense why we're here. To remember! I also love the prayer that she gave us. May we learn our lessons without suffering. Beautiful!
This was wonderful and made me think of Carly and Irene. In my limited experience, I can see Carly as an advanced soul who took on her role this time to enable Irene to be able to help so many parents. I'm enjoying the Hemisync.

How to know your source? By becoming centered, by becoming a coherent vessel. What do you mean by coherence? The human aspect of you, and that aspect of you which never changes, that aspect of you which is always aligned with source. The two in perfect resonance, in harmony. Those two aspects, yet within the human aspect of you, there must also be coherence, and by this we mean the heart is not beating too fast or too slow, the heart is radiating vibration of love, the highest order. And the brain is not scattered, the brain is not thinking, the brain is settled; the heart is radiating love, and therefore, the two are in resonance. This is coherance. And so, you may wish to visualize, the huamn aspect of you along the horizontal axis, the human aspect is centered. And the spirit aspect is centered. And there you have a cross, which also have its own meaning to many, but very fittingly meaning for becoming centered, as huamn and spirit. And notice where the center lies, of course, at the heart. And you can align, and this one has taught ? and had given to her before. Align the humand side of you, by picturing your human aspect as the horizontal axis, and merely turning it, to align, for all that is. And so any time that you feel out of balance, off centered, and do you not know this feeling well. You can picture this cross, take hold in your mind, of this horizontal axis, and twist it into alignment. Now, visualizing yourself perfectly align with your guide, with your own higher-self, with the source, with the ultimacy, and we tell you then to buckle your seat belt, for then the insights will flow. And knowingness will ensue, then you will come to know yourself. The more you practise this practise, to know yourself as one with the source. If all human beings were to practise alignment and coherence at a regular basis, then there would be no more fighting, for there would be no more sense of separation.
Great wisdom…. I’m suffering after a loss , what she says is so true. The beliefs we have magnify our suffering. Just wish it was easier to truly believe in the afterlife with no doubt. That would definitely reduce suffering. I’m on the journey x
I am the son of God. Not A son of God. We are all the son of God regardless of our gender in this incarnation. Be as one with the FATHER and each other.
What about couples after they both die? Can we live both in heaven forever if we both know we are the one for each other or what if one might have to come back to school for any reason. Feels discouraging
If we knew our entire lives that we were only here to learn, that in the end All Is Well, that we will be reunited with our loved ones, that no one really dies, that there is some purpose in suffering, that indeed, we will all "be" a part of Happily Ever After... would we really allow much to bother us in this life? Would our challenges be as deep, would our pain be what we have all known it to be? Or would we coast through this life (and in so doing, bypass many valuable lessons on the depth of Love)? I can tell you that since my spiritual journey has begun, I still have disappointments and challenges, however they are buffered by the knowledge that All Is Indeed Well, that we are only here to learn and grow in Love. Had I been aware of this as a younger person, perhaps I would not have learned as much as I have.. and perhaps I might not as grateful for Love as I am now.. so there is some value in not knowing who we are.. imagine leaving a large inheritance to a child and his knowing the entire time.. might he forego education as he looked toward his future inheritance? Would he learn as much as if he would have only been told of the inheritance at the age of say, 35.. after he had already pushed and struggled and overcome obstacles to educate himself? Just my thoughts :)
We forget so we can face our challenges, pull ourselves up and rise above them. Hopefully remembering who we are along the way , and understand then, that suffering is no longer necessary. I’m glad those like her are here... they are like sign posts along the journey, easing our way. A true gift from the other side.
