This weight you talk of does take the very life from me and I want to make better use of that time. I am seeing the weightlessness and the freedom to explore the archetypes that I am and make better use of them.

This is wonderful! So grateful for everything Caroline Myss teaches, just an immense gift to the world. However, I don't believe her take on therapy is helpful. The psychological dimension that we are dealing with in our modern world is off the rails, we are dealing with deep traumas - and while therapy is not the complete/perfect tool or the only tool we need, it is the best there is for many people & good therapists help people tremendously all the time. Therapy is part of spiritual healing. Healing through spiritual practices alone is not accessible to everyone at all points of the journey & we need help with all aspects of our being. Everyone is at a different point in their journey. We need to avail ourselves of all tools as best as we can, and therapy is not there just to give us a sense of significance - therapy is there oftentimes to help us heal our broken mechanisms. It is only one tool, but a necessary one for many people as part of our work of healing and growing spiritually.
I often think about the time when language had no nouns. Things were not talked about with labels as they are now. It created a great separation when people began to use language that itemized everything and reduced it to just a word of objectification.
I used to admire Caroline Myss and spent over 200 hours listening to her teachings, believing she understood true humility and empowerment. However, after attempting to attend one of her workshops, I was left deeply disappointed by how I was treated. Despite my desire to participate and learn, I was made to feel ignored and dismissed, as if my presence didn’t matter. This was in stark contrast to the values she claims to uphold-humility, inclusivity, and empowerment. The experience was a painful reminder that spirituality, in her world, seems to be more about money than actual transformation. It became clear that only those who could afford the highest prices were treated with respect and given access. This is not the kind of spiritual community I hoped to be a part of. It's disheartening to see someone who preaches empowerment create an environment where only the wealthy are valued. I hope my story helps others realize that true spiritual growth should focus on inclusivity, support, and genuine care-not profit.
I think she said consciousness was rubbish and a worthless term but then used it several times to explain her metaphor. That was a bit confusing but I appreciate her teachings.
I have my problems with several things she utters..... the beginning has my strongest protest..... I do not know if I will listen to that old speech , uploaded shortly.....
Consciousness is rubbish... religion's got to go, go, go... and then she sprouts some ra ra about medical "intuition". Can't listen to this bs any longer.
