Thanks for a really great video! I haven't used flight simulator for quite a while. Can you tell me how you do that floating camera view? How are you flying around so smoothly around Gatwick and getting all these juicy shots of the scenery?
On number seven, the flight planning helper, can you export the flight plan right into your on-board computer on the plane you're flying?

@@Sky_Burger88 Yes & No. It depends on the aircraft you are flying. If the aircraft is native to MSFS, it should work. However, for third party aircraft, like the PMDG, you have to import the flight plan into the FMC while in the aircraft.

Add on linker is the king. 1st mod in my msfs since day dot. I have grouped areas so helps with loading especially if you have lots of add ons. Thanks

* here's a question for those of you who are using Foreflight on your iPad linked to flight simulator, is this working with 2024? What app do you recommend to connect foreflight to FS 2020 or FS 2024?
A380NX is not fully compatible with MSFS24 yet

@@CarlWicker Yeah, I struggled with the title given MSFS 2020 vs MSFS 2024 and this video intended mainly for year 2024 and MSFS 2020. Appreciate the suggestion.
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 = 5/20 ...
No question, there is still a lot of work to be done in 2024. I'm optimistic though; I'm sure Asobo will get things sorted out.
None of these will show on the steam version of MS2024
I am on the Steam version and except for Bergen I use every one on these addons. I think you may not be putting them into the correct community folder location.
Odd because there is Zero difference between the Steam version and Microsoft/gamepass version. The only difference is how your money is distributed. The different versions on the sim through different vendors are identical. The community folder file path is slightly different but the sim is identical on every way. Are you sure you're installing them correctly?
@@geolpilot7036 Thanks for the reply I can't activate them in the library there is no button on the bottom right. I'll have a clear out of the folders later on and see if it's another mod screwing things up.
The title may be a bit confusing, these addons are for the year 2024, not necessarily for MSFS 2024, although some are compatible with the 2024 version. Appreciate you watching and for commenting!

This is a great video. I downloaded a lot of things from this video that I am missing. There are 2 free addons that I love. You can choose either one and both are great landing rate monitors. One is Gees flightsim.to/file/1415/gees-in-game-landing-analysis The other is LRM www.lrmclient.org/. You can use LRM to document your flight if you join SimFanatic Virtual Airlines. :)
