In my opinion and for me as a very very very skeptical person who take years and obsessionnel researching (mercury/lilith/conjunct/gemini8th house +Scorpio moon/rising/Pluto in scorpio moon 1st house 29degree) the whole sign system is accurate. Both placidus and equal houses aren’t the most precise. Placidus is the worst. That’s why it is set automatically on websites and even imposed. Those who usually have to learn about astrology always have to dig deeper (even if everyone should learn about it) and when you dig deeper we aren’t even talking about planets but constellations and stars in reality. A change happened when Galileo did what he did and Isaac newton and some other guys that are jesuits in my opinion. They were trying to understand the world in a strictly materialistic way, they want it all to be materialized in the sky but that’s not what’s going on at all. Learning about ancient cosmology will help anyone understand the true astrology that is geocentric and isn’t based on the current belief that we have about how earth is. Astrology is us IN the earth/world not outside of it like the actual heliocentric system/nasa/actual imposed science. So it’s geocentric and the whole sign system respects it. That’s why it’s the most precise, it respects the sun and moon being equal and independent from each other rather than the sun (symbolic of masculine) being overpowering. It all depends on the signs and houses after all. Equal houses almost gets it but the whole sign system is the most accurate one with laser precision and perfect divine logic. It follows a clock like system in my eyes. While placidus tells you a hour can be 1 and 2. While your north node is always one house so why your other signs placements would be. You have one rising sign but placidus is almost insinuation than you can have two…. Anyway placidus is for wishful thinkers in my opinion and I used to follow and wonder I couldn’t get the essence of astrology with it. Now I get it. But people want to force an heliocentric view on astrology. The heliocentric system is one of the biggest scam of our century anyway and the world will wake up to all of this one day/🖤
