I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Matt is the best. You’re by far my favorite channel on RUclips. The Emerald Tablets is probably one of the most profound books I’ve ever read. Being an astral traveler this really hit home, because that’s what’s he’s talking about when he’s talking about loosening the fetters. He describes exactly how to astral travel and leave your body. What sounds do you use to separate I have been trying g to quite some time, I feel my vibration raise but I then open my eyes to still be where I'm at and after one OBE previously I feel like I have gone backwards - what technique do you use ?
@Matt, I don’t really use any sounds or anything. What I found helps me the most is folding my pillow in half and laying with my neck tilted back a bit, almost like I’m falling backwards. I then imagine that I’m on a big yoga ball and that I’m stuck to it as it rolls. That’s the fastest way for me to get my vibrations going. Once I get to the vibration phase I start imagining that the ball is rolling faster and faster. It’s pretty much like a centrifugal force that ejects me out of my body. Once I have my vibrations fast enough that’s when I know I can exit my body. I use what I call an out word to remind me to exit because the vibration phase alone can be quite interesting. It’s actually kind of fun. But that’s what works best for me.
