It amazes me how willing people are to blindly follow without checking things out and especially before going within to listen to our so graciously offered guidance system that Source, God , or The All prepared for us who have ears to hear and eyes to see once we experience gnosis. I was the only one around. He simply disappeared. I really don't know WHY I sang to him, he must have influenced my mind.

One thing that I do is research, the other is question everything that crosses my path as a seeker. I found lots of confusion and misinformation when trying to study Hermeticism and the "Emerald" tablet. The ETOT has muddied the water. was written by Maurice Doreal in the 1930's and plagiarizes some of the work of Lovecraft, Howard,and others, whom he strived to be like. Yes, he was somewhat of an occultist having a big library of such books and founded the church of the great white brotherhood, but for the most part he was a charlatan and a barely decent fiction writer. There are NO historical references to the Emerald Tablets Of Thoth - NOT TO BE MISTAKEN with the Emerald (or Smaragdine) Tablet Of Hermes, which itself does not physically exist today though there are historical references to it. These are all material facts.
