Thank you for taking your time to humble yourself to everyone else and go public with an educational video... regardless of the "expert" opinions shown here and there, the video is presented in a simple and easy to learn from way that will help novice level providers very much. Good job
This is quite a good instructional video, however it would have been incredibly helpful if you had used the names of the manoeuvres, rather than only describing them.
Though I like it best when women choose the squatting position for breech delivery, however I thought this video was done simply, clearly and with a calm attitude. thank you.
The forceps are very unnecessary and have crushed babies skulls on numerous occasions from the doctor applying too much pressure. Stop rushing the birth process!
Actually Alex no it doesnt have to be rushed. Doctors rush because they themselves are nervous and want to get it over as fast as possible. Forceps are the worst invention ever
We are brought up in a culture based on fear. Birth is a natural process and each woman is different in how fast she progresses. Any time a woman doubt's herself or her ability to birth, complications arise. The modern American woman has been brainwashed by society and norms to believe so much could go wrong and they end of absolutely terrified of giving birth.

Ivan P Vaginal breech delivery would actually be more difficult with the woman on all fours as it encourages extension rather than flexion of the baby's head. If the woman chose a physiological breech birth then squatting would be more effective than all fours considering the physiology of breech birth. However if the baby is cephalic not breech I would totally agree- all fours is fab!
@@megancoles5330 incorrect. all fours and upright positions promote flexion and support the delivery with gravity. breechbirth.org.uk/2017/03/17/running-start/
It is absolutely insane that this is shared as an example. All midwifes know that breech means hands OFF. Also, the position shown here is absolutely NOT helping to have the mom deliver her breech baby. This practice is concerning and increases risk

They did NOT do this at all when we transferred from home to hospital. My sons butt was coming out. They were completely freaked out! They (4 people) literally stretched my vagina open while 1 person grabbed my sons hips and pulled him out!! We knew that was wrong and my husband screamed they were going to hurt our son. They ignored us and treated us like idiots because we were doing a home birth. They swore my baby was dying inside my womb, even though we presented them with the chart that had documented when pushing started, contraction and contraction timing, our sons heart rate we monitored. What time my waters broke - waters broke 30 minutes before we drove to the hospital and the waters were clear! No meconium! They were terrible! We were in Polson, MT

It really doesn't matter how the maneuvers are called. You should be able to use them, not to name them!
for the sake of medschool exams
but eye balls could be damaged so mouth could be good option to do flexion??

Is it OK to flexed the knee like that?? I'm scared the baby will suffer hip dislocation or something.... please answer, thankyou so much.
Super interesting! Thank you for sharing 🙏🏿!
Why don't you name the manoeuvres correctly, it would be useful.
Why YOU STOPPED UPLOADING VIDEOS???
😭😭🥺
IT'S BEEN 7 YEARS
Thank you for your great work 🙏
very well demonstrated. I also remind the new practitioners not to panic but stay focused and take actions

***** Sometimes it has to be rushed though. They don't use forceps if they don't have to.

***** Clearly you don't know what you are talking about because there are absolutely times when childbirth has to be rushed.
No you have just bought into the lies

Unfortunately OBs are trained in a half-ass manner nowadays. What kind of expert doesn’t fully train for all scenarios?
