Every body needs security, doctors r saving lives. Most strike r done by advocates. All advocates r looting money by putting Tarik pe Tarik. Some advocates manhandled the collectors , SP. . No specialization, any advocates with simple llb plead in all cases without domain knowledge.
an advocate can seek security from the state goverment if he serves in district and high court but in terms of supreme court he can write a letter to center to grant him security.

The cases that you mentioned were attack from common people on advocate. So why are police arresting advocate despite them being victim? And why the law and order is not stringent enough to arrest the perpetrators? Advocates are not above the law and every profession is equally important. Similarly there have been attacks on doctor's too.

I visite court on daily basis. And I knw more than 50 lawyers working there. 90% of them are currupt and always try to snatch as much money as they can from their clients. They don't even spare the poors and woman's. Why the hell they need any type of protection!! They are the perpetrators not the victims.

This is wrong and misguiding information. This is only a bill and not converted into a statute except in the state of Rajasthan. So no protection can be obtained by any advocate outside that state.

समाज मे किसी भी एक वर्ग विशेष को विशेषाधिकार देना मतलब कि समान्य जनता को शोषित करने का एक और उपकरण देने जैसा है क्योंकि अब वकीलो द्वारा जब आम जनता का शोषण किया जाएगा तो पुलिस भी हस्तक्षेप करने से डरेगी । सच मे कहा जाता है कि "संविधान वकीलो के द्वारा बनाया गया वकीलो के लिए स्वर्ग है" ।
समाज मे कानून अधिवक्ता के द्वारा ही चलया जा रहा है उनके द्वारा ही समाज मे लोगो को जस्टिस दिल्या जाता है sc/st act h उसके लिए आपने नहीं बोला आम आदमी के लिए एक्ट हो सकता है परन्तु समाज मे mehatvpud स्थान रखने वाले अधिवक्ता को अपनी जान से बचने के लिए एक्ट नहीं होना चाइये वा वा जी

This is wrong and misguiding information. This is only a bill and not converted into a statute except in the state of Rajasthan. So no protection can be obtained by any advocate outside that state.
