Another yummy recipe from this channel. For the filling, I omitted sugar coz i think just honey should be sweet enough and i add cream cheese for the richess. I’ll add parmesan cheese next time. The taste of this dough is just about my liking. It’s sweet dough that contrast well with sour and tangy filling. 10/10

1.버터 뺀 전재료 믹싱
2. 가루가 없어지고 볼이 깨끗해진 클린업 단계에서 버터를 약 1~2분간격으로 투입후 최종단계까지 믹싱해주세요(버터 비율이 높은 반죽이라 2번 나눠 넣어주세요)^^
