The combination of the blue dial with the greatly profiled inner black bezel is striking. The new version has a much stronger identity.

I agree with you, 14 mm is just too thick for me,
Never heard of this brand. Impressed with the looks, impressed with the price. But...yeah. That is too thick. That kills it for me.
It's sad to admit, but it's an undeniable deal breaker. Such a gorgeous piece otherwise..

I will tell you I had a real problem with getting customer service from Spinnaker....the band was not as advertised... had to buy my own tan band....

Thinking about getting one of those they are really nice don’t know if I should go black or tan strap
It's not wise changing the date when the hands are at the top half of the dial.
Anyone have any suggestions on what a really good looking rubber strap would go with the black dial. Was thinking a hirsch Robbey sailcloth or just the crafter blue but would really appreciate some suggestions. Thanks

I think they are fall. But not being 200M WR, and not having a screw down crown, does not make me say it's an SKX replacement.
Just ordered the blue dial, tan leather version last week... I'm a sucker for the super compressor look and unfortunately all the Dan Henry 1970s with the orange ring are sold out.

I love their design and have for a while.Oddly as it might sound if they came with a decent quartz internal as they are sports watches ? I love mechanical but not for this purpose? Great lookers though all day long.Cheers.
I don't know if any of their divers are quartz; I know they do, or did, some chronos that were quartz.
It have same case as CCCP watch.... Honestly i dont know which is better....

It’s not a true leather from what I’ve been watching, it’s a more of a rubber like
Seiko should do that with their chapter rings.

Come on spinnaker. With an NH35 you could make the watch a bit thinner. Its way to big. I think you should get it to 10mm or 11mm thick. An interesting watch for sure.
A bit of old news, the "improved" Bradner has been out for quite some time already. Perhaps you can get hold of their newest Bradner designs with the steel bracelets for review?

@@Elazarko Because it's thinner, the bezel ring is alot stiffer and doesn't move as easily. The only thing that is better on the new ones is the lume and the water resistance but who cares about 30 more meters anyway?
@@Star_Sn1per oh I get it. Well the new ones are the ones I find available online. It's a hard choice for me between the Bradner and "Phoibos Proteus" which is in the same price range.
@@Elazarko I think the bradner looks nicer than the proteus but that's just me. I have the green one and i don't ever get tired of looking at it.
42mm x 14mm is just way too big for many wrists. Wish it were about 40mm x 10-12mm
