BP and Diabetes are big business in the country . Some dictors scare patients with death or disability because of these illness and many peoole get trapoed and start treatment taking medicines. There's no fixed reading of blood sugar and also bp during 1980s. Its the interest of pharma companies reducing these readings to bring under the ambit of diabetes and hypertension.

When healthcare becomes affordable and right for everyone… relationships can be cherished..❤

BP varies with time of the day. When you get up in the morning you BP May be high. If take reading after an hour BP May be down to normal. Again, after food if you measure BP, it may be high. Evening after walk, BP May be high. At night, before going to bed(one hour after food) your BP May be normal. If you take reading with a BP monitor, always ignore first reading. Take two more readings with a gap of 5-10 mts and average it out, that reading is your actual BP.

There has been many examples where blood pressure play a vital role in Kidney Health. I do not completely agree as do nothing with BPs going above 140/90. With high BPs the load on Kidneys will go more and will result to CKD eventually if not taken care.

Blood pressure can be like Gandhi.
Blood pressure is intelligent system of maintaining required bp to circulate every organ known as essential bp.
120 / 80 may damaged kidney due to less filtration of blood and non removal of body toxin .
Every individual has bp that his body decides.
Intervention through medication will be a threat on natural body functions.

🙏 sir , I humbly say that I do not agree with you entirely 🙏 1stly why shld we be so emotionally dependent on children, doesn't our sanathana dharma teaches us detachment? We giv birth to children out of our biological pleasure, and obviously we become responsible for their upbringing and mak them capable to survive in society, doesn't our duty finishes at that point , we should be sensible enough to plan our old age properly and try not to be financially or emotionally dependent on them . We should learn from nature around us , birds animals , they jst detach when time comes .. don't mak your children villan for your selfish reasons! They hav all the right to lead their life career anywhere in the world , you hav video call facilities, talk to them , be friendly with them , don't burden then with tension of looking after you, they will definitely be in healthy communications with you ,
I hope I cud put my point clearly, pls don't curse your children, give selfless unconditional love to them , they will always respond 🙏

If you think living with a peacemaker is healthy then good for you. That is what the doctor is saying. Be happy. He never said don't eat non-veg. He said if I were you, I would avoid it. As he said, every individual is different and his/her vitals would be different. The examples of individuals you have quoted - do you know their lifestyles? Just because someone was a Dum Biriyani specialist does not mean he was hogging on biriyani every day. Our death is pre-defined and cannot be defined by lifestyles. A healthy person may die young and a sick person may live longer. How we live when we are alive is what matters.

This gentleman is living in fool’s world. Does he want children to sacrifice their career and lives and return back to take care of parents? I did that by the way after my father passed away, to live with my mother, now I am divorced and my family is destroyed. So my advice to everyone is: DON’T DO IT.

Your family problem is yours and it is not universal. Have you tried to understand the qualification of Dr. B. M. Hegde..

When parents have sacrificed their lives for their children it is the turn of their children to sacrifice for their parents. Sacrificing for each other represents true love and affection. Those who do not want any love and affection and only wishes to live a selfish and ungrateful life will say BM Hegde lives in a fools world. This person when he becomes old will long for the affection of his children and will think of how he cared for his children.
